The Mosgorsud will consider the complaint about the verdict of the Khamovnik court, according to which three girls will be held in the colony for two years.

Murtazin has already helped in court the supporters of Pussy Riot. In August, he defended Arkady Oleinichev, detained during the “performance” at the Khamovniki court. A supporter of the punk group received five days of administrative arrest. Murtazin also prepared a civil lawsuit against the Orthodox activist Alexander Orlov, found guilty of beating the organizer of the “Occupation of the Court” campaign Dmitry Kuminov. In September, the Tagansky court found Orlov guilty of beatings and sentenced to three months correctional labor with deduction from a salary of 10% in state revenue. In addition, the court ordered him to pay the Pussy Riot to the supporter of 15 thousand rubles of non -pecuniary damage and 2160 rubles of material damage (for the purchase of a knee bandage with a silicone ring). Murtazin also represents the interests of Artem Savelov, one of the accused in the case of the riots on May 6 during the “Million Marsh” on Bolotnaya Square in Moscow. Savelov became the first of the 17 defendants in the “swamp business”, whose defense filed a complaint with the ECHR against his arrest and unreasonable criminal prosecution. The complaint said that the investigation could not provide the court with “the grounds to suspect Mr. Saveelov of committing a crime.”

Irina Khrunova is known primarily as the lawyer of Mikhail Khodorkovsky in the first process over the oligarch. She is the legal analyst of the Agora Association and monitored, in particular, to comply with the rights of the ex-head of the Yukos in the colony.

Later, she defended the former press secretary of the Khamovnichesky court Natalia Vasiliev, who gave a scandalous interview about how the second sentence of the ex-head of the Yukos was prepared. Khrunova represented the interests of the former patient of the Republican Clinical Psychiatric Hospital named after Bekhterev in Kazan, who was complaining about the inhuman conditions of detention in the ECHR. The lawyer also helped one of Denis Evsyukov’s former head of the Tsaritsyno Department of Internal Affairs. In addition, Khrunova was defended by the interests of musical critic Artemy Troitsky, against whom the policeman Nikolai Khovansky filed a lawsuit in 2011. The reason was the award of the policeman of the anti -aircraft in the nomination “Road Chariots” at the concert of the DDT group, which was announced by Troitsky. Khovansky sued 130 thousand rubles from Troitsky, but the verdict was protested and sent for a new consideration. The court ordered Khovansky to pay the state 35 thousand rubles for expenses for a forensic examination. She defended the head of the Internet library "Antiompromat" Vladimir Prelilovsky. He was suspected that, being a witness in a criminal case and being warned of criminal liability on the inadmissibility of the disclosure of the preliminary investigation, the Antiompromat website disclosed them. The case was terminated due to the lack of a crime in his actions. Khrunova represented the interests of the Novaya Gazeta specialist Arkady Babchenko, who sued the “First Channel” because of the photograph of the wounded soldier shown in the film about the war in South Ossetia. Talking about the fact that the photographs of Georgian victims were falsified, the television journalists demonstrated a photograph of the wounded Russian military in Georgia as shot in Iraq. The court ordered the Channel One to post this photo on his website, indicating that Arkady Babchenko is its author and it was made by him in Georgia.

Soloists of the Pussy Riot punk group Maria Alekhina, Nadezhda Tolokonnikova and Ekaterina Samutsevich in August were sentenced to two years in a general regime colony. On February 21, in the Moscow Cathedral of Christ the Savior, they fulfilled the so-called punk moleben “The Virgin, Putin drive away!”.
