Letter of Nadi and Masha (SIZO-6) of October 4

Dear friends!

I would like to say a few words about lawyers. I am completely satisfied with the strategy, tactics, legal and political position of my lawyers with whom I have been working since my arrest on March 3, 2012 - this is Mark Feigin, Violett Volkov and Nikolai Polozov. I approve of all their legal actions carried out as part of the protection of us, Pussyriot participants, from the shameless arbitrariness of Putin's officials. Both during the investigation and during the shameful for women of the Russian Federation, the process in the Khamovnichesky court of our positions in the case were agreed and united. Since the Pussyriotic case is political, I am also convinced that public political speeches and statements of lawyers are necessary in our protection from the brutal authoritarian terror of the security forces who seized the state.

I am grateful to my three lawyers for experiencing the last seven months with me and fought with me.

I ask all those who consider themselves our supporters, as well as those who are in solidarity with us at least in the issue of confrontation between Putin’s regime, stop unreasonably criticizing and even condemn the tactics and position regarding the Pysyriot case Feigin, Volkov and Polozov, with whom the attention is the moment, both I and Maria, agree. Unreasonable criticism leads to hostility and quarrels inside the opposition field, which cannot but be alarming. Be on the alert: do not peck on the machinations of the ideological apparatus AP.

I also ask you to note that I am not in the search for new lawyers. I am not going to change my position in the criminal case and therefore I do not need any legal councils and recommendations regarding my position in the court of cassation (and further).

Yesterday, an unknown lawyer appeared to me in a pre -trial detention center who tried to push me to a change in position on the upcoming cassation appeal. I publicly declare that the position of a “stupid repentant girl” is not my position, and you can continue to try not to offer me to offer it. As well as I have nothing to discuss with those who believe our colonies for two years with a personal incentive decision of Syreova and are afraid (!) To pronounce the surname “Putin” in vain, with an aspiration instead of “He” instead. I regard all such visits and legal proposals as a provocation against Pussyriot, committed in order to diminish our unambiguous political position.

I demanded that when I went to XXS, and I will continue to demand that Putin leave and stop turning Russia into a neo -fascist military power. My positions are more than clear and I'm not going to retreat.
