The Gorodishchensky District Court (Volgograd Region) made an amazing decision in favor of the United Russia candidate.
Self-nominated candidate Kurnakov issued the following leaflet:
The candidate from the United Russia party, Valery Golovanov, did not like his competitor’s program. And he went to court with a demand to remove his opponent from the race “for obviously impossible promises.”
From the court decision:
Representative of the administration of the Erzovsky urban settlement Salimov M.P. considers Golovanov’s application to be justified and subject to satisfaction.
Assistant Prosecutor of the Gorodishchensky District Matyushina L.V. gave a conclusion on the validity of Golovanov’s application and the need to cancel Kurnakov’s registration.
Based on the analysis of the content of the campaign material, the court regards Kurnakov’s promises as bribery of voters.
On these grounds, the court decided to remove Kurnakov from the elections.

But these, apparently, are obviously achievable promises
