Over the past two days, this is already the fourth case of a projectile issued from Syria on the Turkish territory. Previously, similar incidents were registered in the border areas of the Hatai Province. After that, the Turkish authorities evacuated the population from there, so there are no victims of the current incident. Specialists went to the scene to assess the damage.

For the first time, Akchakala was fired at the past Wednesday. Then, as a result of the artillery shell, 5 people died in a residential building, another 13 were injured. Türkiye believes that the shell was released by the divisions of the Republican Army of Syria. In response to the death of its citizens, Turkish artillery struck targets in Syria.
