Or is it a network of agents that was created in case of war with the States. If so, then Russian chiefs think in the categories of the 50s of the last century (already in the 60s it became clear: nuclear weapons cancels the need for this type of intelligence). If we keep in mind that Vladimir Putin personally outlined this version, then it should be recognized: it is unlikely. I like a simpler explanation more: the reconnaissance was created to launder the money of some Moscow bosses. That is, illegal activity is necessary either to satisfy the crazy atavistic imperial complexes, or for illegal enrichment. Corruption plus a parody of the Cold War - this is Putin's Russia.

The current espionage scandal demonstrates several more features of the Putin regime. It is very significant what happened with electronic details that illegally exported from the United States. They, according to American prosecutors, were installed on mi, air defense systems and coastal defense, as well as in some secret FSB devices. And this is the fundamental difference between Russian industrial espionage now what took place in the Stalin era, or what the Chinese are doing now. Stalin spies did not need any details, it was necessary to steal the technology. There was no doubt that any technology can be established in the USSR (albeit at the cost of unthinkable expenses). China is engaged in the same thing today: he buys a particular part, and then begins to produce it.

In Russia, the dedicated part is simply stupidly used in a particular rocket or radar. Then steal (if possible) the next. No one is even trying to create the production of these parts. Not only because they cannot be reproduced. In our country, it is not possible to establish serial production of the elemental base of electronics. In an interview with Interfax, who did not want to call himself a “high-ranking source” in the defense and industrial complex, admitted: 60-70 percent, and in some directions up to 95 percent of the entire electronics used is purchased abroad. For the simple reason that it is unprofitable to produce this electronics. Of course, it is unprofitable only in the framework of the OPC organization created by Vladimir Putin.

In the current Russian economy, only energy trading and rollbacks are profitable. Therefore, it is much more profitable to maintain several dozen companies of intermediaries who purchase around the world - more often legally, but no - so easy to steal. It is clear that as soon as the serial production of military equipment begins (which is provided by the re -equipment program worth 20 trillion rubles), it will immediately become obvious - for modern weapons there is no electronic “filling”. But is someone going to seriously start serial production? The only task is to cut grandmas to promises to fill up the army with modern equipment. And in order for the highest authorities to give money, he needs to demonstrate a miracle-armed with stolen filling from time to time ...
