Judge of Magistrate District No. 370 Alexei Stekliev sentenced Left Front activist Alexei Kondakov to two days of administrative arrest. The period is counted from the moment of detention - 12.30 on October 6, so at the moment Kondakov has already served two days in custody and is at large. The activist was found guilty of petty hooliganism, and the reason for his arrest was the banner “Putin, it’s time to retire!”, which the police found in Kondakov’s bag. At the same time, as reported by rosuznik.org, police officers Nikolai Lepeshkin and Andrei Polenkov, who carried out the arrest, told the court that Kondakov “as part of a group of citizens waved his arms, used obscene language, and did not react. There were foreigners with him.” Their reports are identical.

Kondakov’s lawyer Vasily Kushnir told the court that for three hours he was not allowed into the Kitay-Gorod police station to see his client, and when he was allowed in, they prevented him from communicating in every possible way. In the case, according to him, there are no page numbers, and no witnesses were questioned. In a word, alas, a completely ordinary story.
