
The head of the company, in the warehouse of which was stored grain, was charged under Part 4 of Article 160 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (embezzlement committed on an especially large scale), Taiga.info was told on October 10 in the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Kemerovo region. The case was initiated according to the materials of the audit, during which the employees of OJSC United Grain Company (OZK) discovered a major lack of reserves of cereal crops.
As the investigation established, in the period from March 4, 2009 to May 6, 2009, the Federal Agent for the formation of the state intervention fund - OJSC United Grain Company transferred to LLC Zlaki for responsible storage of 14.985 thousand tons of grade 3 wheat for a total of 89.98 million rubles. This grain, under the terms of storage, was to be stored and accounted for separately, and any movements had to be coordinated with the OZK.
“However, the next check carried out in August 2011 revealed a major shortage. - It is said in the message of the regional Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. - 5.83 thousand tons of grain totaling 34.98 million rubles disappeared from the warehouses of the enterprise. ” As the investigation established, part of the stolen grain was sold by grain -processing and agricultural enterprises of the region of the region.
Trying to hide this fact, according to investigators, the director of Zlaki LLC signed fictitious exchange agreements of the supposedly spoiled grain of the state intervention fund for high -quality wheat. In his testimony, he explained that in this way he wanted to “save” the grain that began to deteriorate and handed it over to the commercial companies allegedly during the repair of warehouses.
Later, the entrepreneur tried to hide the shortage due to the new crop of 2011, however, the OZK demanded reimbursing the cost of the stolen grain, but by that time the bankruptcy procedure began, and Zlaki LLC was not able to fulfill the financial obligations of LLC.
