The Novosibirsk Regional Court at the next meeting in the case of Alexander Solodkin, Alexander Solodkin Sr. and Andrei Andreev interrogated the namesake of one of the defendants. Recall that the former deputy mayor of Novosibirsk Alexander Solodkin Jr. is accused of inciting to arson in November 2003 cars of the sons of Frunzik Khachatryan. According to the indictment, the criminal intent arose at the defendant who had not yet worked at the city hall when the wife of Sergei Andreev also burned the car on the eve, and the official turned to him with suspicions of the Khachatryan incident involvement in this.

The state prosecutor Alexei Kulikov asked the witness what his work was at the Novosibirsk City Hall in 2003. Sergey Andreev said that the department was engaged in the sphere of the consumer market and the sphere of land relations (transferred to the Department of Property Relations in the future - approx. I myself dealt with this issue, I myself wrote a statement to the prosecutor’s office, ”said Andreev. - I learned about this from the general director [OJSC Anatoly] Mekhonoshin. According to him, his deputy did this, I do not remember the last name for sure, [Vyacheslav] Ovchinnikov or something like that. Accordingly, [Mekhonoshin] explained that, in general, this is a person who is directly related to Andrei Pavlovich [Bozhenko].
