The “Documentary Film” “Anatomy of Protest-2” raised the question with an edge-do the opposition are changing to the Motherland? And if so, whether they need to be punished according to the corresponding criminal article. It turns out that it is not very necessary. Oppositionists do not run away, they are not very afraid of terrible accusations, but they are not going to file a court. The court, the investigation has nothing to do with it.

The leader of the hell-know-item-Tam (it is the “Left Front” and in the best years the number of its active supporters hardly exceeded fifty people) Sergei Udaltsov testified to the Investigative Committee on the subject of the NTV channel in the second “protest anatomy”. More specifically: about the connection with - according to the phraseology of the authors of the film - "Georgian curators of the Russian opposition."

The testimony of Udaltsov’s testimony categorically does not converge at Udaltsov himself and the Investigative Committee. The official representative of the Investigative Committee, Vladimir Markin, said that “During the survey, Udaltsov confirmed the fact of contacts in the summer of 2012 with his unnamed Georgian citizens, one of whom he called Georgy Vasilyevich” and “at the same time pursued the search for legal funding for the“ Left Front ”movement.” Udaltsov did not plan any unrest in Russia, and “recorded in the video of specific statements of the participants in the conversation about planning such actions” did not hear.

Udaltsov in his blog outlined a different interpretation: “I clearly recorded that I had no contacts with some foreign structures, special services, agents and so on. I did not meet Givi Targamadze, such a person is unknown to me. ”

Actually, the name "Givi" is a diminutive from "George", a well-known fact. So Udaltsov could well be called an unknown man “Georgy Vasilyevich”, and he could be “Givi Targamadze”. And he could look for “legal sources of financing”, and promise these sources to fly to the moon at least. From the record that NTV demonstrated, a very concrete impression was generally formed: the person indicated as Udaltsov breds a strange person with the Caucasian accent, which for some reason wants rebellions in Russia.

In other words: no one denied the actual one on the air of NTV, but did not prove that this was at least some crime with a criminal, and not political, point of view. Surely he will not prove, because there was no.

However, the very fact of the call of Udaltsov in the TFR is interesting. Certain publications in the media rarely rarely excite the investigators and the speed of this reaction rarely fits within a week. For example, several journalists in the past elections to the State Duma recorded an attempt to throw ballots in Moscow - not only did the head of the Central Election Commission call them “gullible”, but also the investigators had to fit both in the process of initiating the case and in the process of investigation. Is it necessary to mention that there are no results.

The scandalous purchase of the “Mercedes” by Russian state bodies (the FSO, the Ministry of Defense, a number of mayorless) the “Type of Udaltsi” also did not cause the FSO, the investigators frankly did not want to start the case and did not find anything as a result of the audit. And Daimler then almost openly recognized in bribes to Russian officials. Dmitry Medvedev even publicly insisted on bringing the case to the end and ... nothing.

There were no investigations for previous "compromising" publications about the opposition. The first “ anatomy of protest ” with the purchases of the masses to opposition rallies, the contacts of the opposition with the West and other science fiction “facts” did not cause any reaction of the organs.

But in the case of Udaltsov, the picture is the opposite. The authors of the film on NTV turned to the “competent organs” from the television and the organs were immediately excited and as if they were not excited.

The “unsystematic” oppositionists, of course, are far from the lambs, but the reaction of the authorities turns out to be some kind of clearly inadequate. Of the harmless city crazy authorities, why heeratively breeds martyrs and platform stands. A television girl as a weapon is one thing, but why, in addition, turning on a repressive machine, even if on a hollow, is completely incomprehensible.

In the eyes of any opposition audience, powerful propaganda already had no effect, in the eyes of the public the pro -government was enough “anatomy of protest”. Other citizens do not give a damn about who this daredevil is and whether he was in Georgia.

Our citizens do not believe the security forces. The prosecutor’s office, according to the Levada Center, trusts the same amount as the Federation Council and the State Duma-about 20 percent. State Security - as many as 30. The reverse point of view adheres to 21 and 15 percent. To get a business on a person or try to shake out of his soul without real reasons, in fact means increasing his popularity.

The fact that the tactics of such repressions are hungry could be seen at least by the example of Pussy Riot , and there the girls really encroached on the holy one. With Udaltsov, as it seems, it will not be possible to even scare the crazy people from the hinterland, but the reverse reaction is easier to get easier. In December, Vladimir Putin rejoiced that “active people with positions” in the squares are “the result of the Putin regime”. It is difficult to say why, but now the Putin regime also creates opposition leaders.

It turns out in the incident with Udaltsov and the TFR that the media component is primary. What is the normal move: investigative actions, accusation, trial, media campaign. Immediately everything is upside down-a media campaign before and above all. Everything else is appendage. A means to continue this long media historia.
