The reason for this was a number of recent accidents, in particular, a major accident in Moscow, when a drunken driver rammed a bus stop. Seven people became the victims of this accident. In my opinion, tightening measures to combat drunk drivers is undoubtedly right, but do not forget that this should be an integrated approach.
