The fleeting campaign for the election to the Coordinating Council of the Russian opposition reached the finish line. It is already obvious that the idea of holding elections with an emphasis on the Internet voting, which was originally a failure to many, proved her viability. The number of voters has already exceeded one hundred thousand people, and this is due to both the total discrediting of the institution of official elections, and with the revival of the spirit of free competition between candidates, which is clearly demonstrated during the debates on the rain, which are long -forgotten in Russian TV format of direct broadcast format. And such a creative find of the CVC, as a political compass allows the voter not only to better understand the position of candidates, but also find his place in the political system of coordinates.
It is clear that with the approach of the election day, agitation for general ideas goes into agitation for specific candidates. I immediately want to express my huge respect to Akunin both for an active role in organizing a white -open movement, and for supporting the idea of elections to the coordination council at the initial stage of its implementation. Kremlin propaganda and power structures have long been replying the list of leaders of the protest movement, whose actions threaten the very existence of the criminal Putin regime. The Coordinating Council is unlikely to cope with the functions assigned to him without such figures as Alexey Navalny, Boris Nemtsov, Sergey Udaltsov, Evgenia Chirikov, Ilya Yashin, Gennady and Dmitry Gudkov, Ilya Ponomarev, Konstantin Krylov.
Both the debate on the "rain" and the essays of candidates representing the widest palette of views unequivocally indicate that the success of the council mission depends primarily on the ability of representatives of various ideological and political groups to establish constructive interaction. It was the development of the principles of such interaction that was based on the activities of the United Civil Front, created in 2005. Among the 20 electoral blocks registered by the CVC, only representatives of the OGF bloc are connected by a long -term joint struggle to defend the concept of an extra -demological coalition, on the basis of which the “other Russia”, the national assembly was formed and the coordination council is being formed. Candidates from the OGF have the greatest experience in building coalition relations with representatives of various ideological kuri. For example, Denis Bilunov was the main developer of the concept of elections to the Coordinating Council, although the organizing committee, unfortunately, did not support the idea of the OGF about the allocation of special quotas for regional candidates. Former Petersburg ZakS Deputy Sergei Gulyaev was one of the main organizers of the "Marshy of the Disagent" in St. Petersburg in 2006-2008. The successful performance on the debate of the almost unknown to the general public of one of the founders of the OGF Tomich Ivan Tyutrin, who won the sympathy of viewers in fights with Olga Romanova and with the popular blogger Dmitry Ivanov (Kamikadze_d), was the result of a consistent presentation of key software installations of the United Civil Front. The closest ally of the OGF is "solidarity", in whose list there are also OGF candidates Andrei Piontkovsky and Ivan Tyutrin. And of course, the OGF has always worked in a tight connection with Andrei Illarionov, one of the brightest domestic economists, who played a most important role in creating the Coalition "Another Russia" and the National Assembly.
A serious objection also causes me the nihilist attitude of Boris Akunin to the elections for the lists of ideological kuri. It must be remembered that since the announcement of the election results, all 45 members of the Coordinating Council, regardless of the number of votes received and whether they were selected according to the General List or on the list of one of the Kuri, will enjoy absolutely equal rights. Therefore, it would be impractical for the responsible voter to refuse to participate in the formation of one third of the Constitutional Court. This was the idea of crossing “all for all”, so that voters who adhere to different ideological views could provide aggregate voting with the most balanced composition of the council.
In addition, debates make it possible to evaluate previously unknown candidates from competing ideological groups. For example, I liked Maxim Sannikov and Alexei Gaskarov, who are not part of the “official” five of the Cocial Blok , running along the “left” list. Or, for example, the “Russian” block represents the five nationalists recommended for voting their general meeting. I admit that some voters will want to influence the results of voting in this Kuria, adding to political prisoners Danil Konstantinov and to the famous supporters of the broad anti -Putin coalition Alexander Belov and Konstantin Krylov, who was also perfectly proven on the debates of Vladimir Thor and, say, the political scientist Vsevolod Radchenko.
In any case, the composition of the coordination council will entirely depend on the conscious or emotionally unconscious vote of registered voters, without any influence of the "Churovsky coefficients". The work of the KS will be built in full accordance with the preferences of voters, so the vote must be clearly imagined, the solution of what tasks you would like to take up the Constitutional Court. However, registered voters will be able to become members of the Free Russia forum, where through direct votes it will be possible to influence the development of decisions of the Council.
