There are few existing, “living” non -governmental organizations in Ingushetia, everyone knows everyone. An attempt to "hit" on anyone would not be left without attention and an answer.

Once there was more NGOs-from many tens to hundreds. But after 2006, after tightening the legislation on non-governmental organizations to the extent, if not repressive, then certainly suffocating, in order to maintain registration, it was necessary to take reports unequal for many. Many, on the proposal of the Ministry of Justice, were closed through the court - there is no other procedure. Such a selection (hard to call it “natural”) left a small community capable of responding and fighting.

They tried to close colleagues “for extremism” ... So I had to first do an examination of publications, recognize them with extremist. Then - demand the closure of the organization in court. The appeal followed. Sending materials for re -examination. This business lasted many months, gave rise to a lot of publications in the media and eventually died ...

So the questions arose: who was now closed? When did the courts go?

And further. What - on the ships it was also said about "relations with the special services of foreign states" and the "collection of intelligence information"?

This is the same criminalism, in the old way-“especially dangerous state crimes”!

After all, the vigilant Yuri Valentinovich said: “It is naive to think that large money is allocated by foreign organizations to non -governmental organizations for the development of democracy. Declaring some high goals of their work, they actually engage in intelligence in the interests of foreign states ... "

Here the citizen is not original, he almost literally repeats (formerly, as you know, there are no!) Colleague of Vladimir Putin with his eternal "who pays, he orders music." However, Seryshev does not indulge in details: according to him, foreigners are primarily interested in diverse information about the region - public, political, economic, as well as the activities of law enforcement agencies.

They shout from the hall: "Come on details!" Are criminal cases opened? Are they investigated, are it transferred to the courts? And where are the sentences? And if cases are not aroused and no one is convicted, are there any signs of negligence already from the Chekists themselves?

“Details”, it seems, will have to wait. On Saturday, Svetlana Alekseevna Gannushkina phoned the head of Ingushetia Yunus-Bek Evkurov and tried to clarify something. It was not possible: there are no privileges, because there is no whole. “Empty!”, Yunus Bek Bamatgireevich answered her. Well, maybe he said a little more abruptly ...

And the only reasonable explanation that has been born so far in the discussion with colleagues, or, say, vague doubts that torment us all: did the head of the department hurry to report in success? That is, did not those who were closed by the Minusta colleagues at a completely different time and for another?
