From April to October 2012, the number of employees of the Sitronics management company decreased from 210 to about 30, and by the end of the year there will be a maximum of 10-15, a person working in one of the structures of the RTI concern (since 2011, it has controlled all high-tech businesses of AFK Sistema ) told Vedomosti. This is the result of a reorganization, during which one Sitronics division - for the production of microelectronics (the Zelenograd plant Mikron) transferred to RTI, and two others - for IT services and telecommunications systems - to NVision Group, he explains. According to Vedomosti's source, about 50 people from the management company left for RTI, more than 70 for NVision, and another 50 employees resigned by mutual agreement. In total, about 100 people have transferred from the management company Sitronics to Envision, including top managers Evgeny Maksimenko, Mikhail Minkovsky and Boris Volpe, says a representative of Envision. And employees of the IT and telecommunications systems departments (a total of about 2,800 people) are already being integrated into Envision and will be finally transferred by the end of January 2013, he adds.

Vedomosti spoke with three former Sitronics managers who resigned in recent days. All three claim that they received offers to transfer to Envision with pay, but declined because the offers did not match their level of qualifications.

Sitronics employees are moving to work at RTI in accordance with integration plans; some employees have decided to leave the company, despite the fact that they were offered new appointments, RTI CEO Sergei Boev told Vedomosti.

The integration between Envision and RTI was announced in July 2012. But it is not easy to liquidate Sitronics: the company has debts ($789.2 million as of the end of March 2012) and contracts. For example, in 2011, Sitronics won a Moscow government tender to create an intelligent transportation system worth 6.26 billion rubles. Sitronics subsidiary Sitronics KASU remains in the project, says a source close to the Moscow mayor's office. According to Boev, it is too early to talk about future plans, including the fate of Sitronics as a management company, its contracts and borrowings.
