Manipulator. “He left Russia for political reasons,” “Political Submigrant” - this is how the businessman from Novorossiysk Yuri Mosha, who fled to America, says about himself. The New Times kept a dossier for Mosh: he claimed that if this material goes into print, his family, which remained in Novorossiysk, would be in danger. However, the further actions of the “hero”, including its registration with the candidates of the Coordinating Council of the opposition and public participation in the debate, convinced that this person uses the opposition and opposition rhetoric as his speculative capital. Who is Yuri Mosha, why he fled from Russia and what has to do with the Russian opposition - the New Times found out
From the dialogue on Skype:
Agent The New Times: “I am a student, I am 19 years old, I think about emigrating / ... / trying to navigate: they seem to help me on your site. You can answer me questions and make it clear which direction to move in? "
Yuri Mosha, USA, now the owner of the Internet resource “The Information Immigration Center of the United States under the Human Rights Committee” (Visa-ous.info): “Visa through us-$ 500”.
Agent The New Times: “I managed to see you on YouTube that I can get a visa as a political emigrant or, when you get married, is it the easiest way, can you help in this? And is it possible to find normal work if I do not have a complete higher? As I understand it, at first a tourist visa is coming, but it is scary without guarantees, and if you have friends with a similar situation, the students who have left on your own, maybe you would have tied me up to tell them too? ”
Yuri Mosha, USA: "If we need a visa, we continue after payment."
Agent The New Times: “Will you definitely help? I have money, but for all about all thousands of dollars, enough?
Yuri mosha, USA: Visa 500
Agent The New Times: How to Pay?
Yuri mosha, USA: Bank Western ... drink ...
Agent The New Times: I still have many questions. Can I call?
Yuri Mosha, USA: I will answer all the questions if you will be a client (punctuation and spelling are saved. - The New Times).
On his Facebook page, the entrepreneur writes about emigration in the United States more specifically: “Work visas in the USA with their replacement with a green card after one year. Very low prices. As well as Green Card through a political student and marriage. Any visas in the United States, including contesting visa failures. ” “Our lawyer office, unlike other agencies, not only draws up documents, but also prepares a person for an interview. I can’t give guarantees, but the probability that you will receive a visa is maximum, ”the entrepreneur in America advertises your new business in the videos on YouTube, a series of stories“ Russian America ”. In these videos, Yuri Mosha is a thin red-haired man over thirty, in a shirt and jeans, usually driving a mini-wan, speaks into a camera attached to the rear view mirror. A neat American streets, well -groomed houses swim outside the windows of the cars. Mosha lives in New York. “If you apply first for a tourist visa, and then ask for political asylum, then everything that you used to speak at the embassy is saying goodbye,” he gives advice on the camera. “If you get married or get married, your illegal status is forgiven and easier to get a green card and citizenship.”
As a victim
Mosha turned to The New Times last July. We met at his urgent request in New York-he gave a detailed interview about how he was oppressed by his business in Novorossiysk, how bribes were extorted, how they forced to help United Russia, and then everyone-both the people, law enforcement officers, and contact in Moscow, in the FSB, which he also paid, was abandoned, and he was forced to escape. “March 9 (2011) I learned from my source in the police that two days later I would be arrested for attempted fraud. He went to Sheremetyevo the same night, but the source in the police warned: at the airport “hanging the flag” at me, that is, exactly when crossing the border and take it, ”he told The New Times. - A familiar Feesbashnik immediately advised to flee through Belarus. Only by trains, he says, do not use it - their Russian border guards are checking. ” For 20 thousand rubles, the businessman hired a taxi to Minsk, already ordered flights from the car: Minsk-Varsava-Nach York. Fortunately, the US visa was open. “It was scary: I called from my phones, and suddenly they are listened to, and suddenly they call Belarus ...” It or not, but Mosha in March ended up on the east coast of the United States. "
I was entered by the mayor of Novorossiysk Sinyagovsky. I had his mobile, which I could always call
“The story that the fugitive told by The New Times was quite in the spirit of Russian realities from a series of relations between business and power. Distinguished Mosha frankness - he told in detail how many bribes he gave: the bailiff - 500 thousand rubles only of an advance (“ asked for 20 million, ”said Mosha), for the closure of the criminal case, he went to Moscow - 5 million rubles (“ went to the Moscow FSO and FSB, everyone promises, pay ”), officials in Novorossiysk - 15–20% of the profit from all of his businesses, the total turnover of which, according to him, in the best years reached 100 million rubles was told by Mosha, for a tape record, for publication.

Business
Mosha began his first business as a student, in the mid-1990s-founded the advertising group "Propaganda Pablisity" in Novorossiysk. “Then it was possible to start without a police roof, from scratch. The bandits - yes, they were, they attacked me, beat me, but everyone went through it then, ”he said. Around the same time, he reached for politics - he joined the LDPR, where he was listed until 2001. His advertising business quickly grew up and soon turned into a huge holding for Novorossiysk: newspapers, glossy magazines, outdoor advertising, organization of beauty contests, radio station and television channels. He actively collaborated with the authorities: “I was entered to the mayor of Novorossiysk Sinyagovsky. I had his mobile, which I could always call, ”he said. In 2003, Mosha acquired a license for the broadcast of the STS channel, won the TNT license at the Krasnodar Territory License at the competition. Having agreed with the regional administration (she had a control package of local TV), he launched broadcasting. In 2003, the businessman honestly worked out the parliamentary campaign - PR, according to his stories, “United Russia”, provided the parties with advertising shields and made propaganda booklets. The campaign ended with the complete and final victory of the party in power. And then - "I was called to his office (then the deputy governor, now deceased) Murad Ahejak and said:" You are still young, you need to give a license to another person. " The “other person” was a de facto regional administration represented by the state company “Radio and Television of Novorossiysk”. Mosha did not want to give a license. Then two criminal cases were opened on him under Art. 330 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Arcting". He backed back: he received, as he claims, $ 40 thousand per TNT and $ 100 thousand - for STS. Cases closed.
And he continued to use his close relations with the local authorities and began to develop a new business - "where there was no politics." He opened the Shambhala nightclub on the seashore and the Samsun Turkish restaurant, in 2006, created a number of legal services. Around the same time, he took up construction: “I bought agricultural land from the Sumhako state farm, transferred it to the ground for development quickly and began to build it on it.” There were no problems: it was no coincidence that the office of his company - the “City Center for the design of real estate and land” - was in the same building with the Federal Registration Service. Shortly before emigration in 2011, Mosha also took up energy, and also planned to open a commission store of used cars.
Problems
In that interview with a year ago, Mosh frankly said: doing business, he, like everyone else, skillfully used “loopholes” in the legislation. For example, he used the so-called law on the “summer amnesty” of 2006 *** officially this law (No. 93-ФЗ) is called “on amendments to some legislative acts of the Russian Federation on the issuance of citizens' rights to certain real estate objects”, came into force on September 1, 2006, which simplifies the registration of the rights of citizens to separate real estate objects: so as not to pay bribes for bribes for the bribes for Obtaining a building permit (“$ 100 thousand per house plus commissioning is another $ 150-200 thousand. Profit. One house gives about $ 200 thousand. That is, if you pay all bribes, you go to minus”), he began to build three-story houses, not more than 1500 square meters. m, passing them out for summer cottages, for which on the "amnesty" it was not necessary to obtain permits. But in 2010, either relations with the authorities deteriorated, or the business liked him, but the city administration sued him. The construction was arrested.
“The country amnesty works when it comes to individual construction,” the former Novorossiysk bailiff, who was engaged in the business of the entrepreneur, explained to the correspondent of The New Times. - And Mosha built apartment buildings. He had no rights to land for the construction of apartment buildings, there was no project documentation. An examination was conducted, which established that Mosha was fraught with, sorry for the pun. ”
The entrepreneur himself explained to The New Times the unexpected interest of the authorities just by leaving the bribes: “After they had been arrested, the deputy head of the bailiffs of Novorossiysk Sergey Nigoev came to my lawyer. He said that they could not be demolished at home, but you need to pay. He demanded a total of 20 million rubles - 2 million per house, ”Mosha said. He decided not to give a bribe and turned to the Krasnodar policeman for help - he helped to conduct an operation to encourage the bailiff in corruption: the dummy mediator handed over to Nigoev an advance in the amount of 500 thousand rubles, the bailiff was arrested. But something still did not work out, and as a result, Mosha decided to run behind the ocean.
Scammer *
In August 2011, the New Times correspondent went to Novorossiysk to check the story of Yuri Moshi on the spot.
The opened picture of Mosha’s stormy business life turned out to be much more multifaceted. His former building partner Valery Degtyarev told The New Times a lot of interesting details about the scam with houses and at the end said that Mosha from their total cash register seemed to abducted 18 million rubles with living money,
“He is a fraudster,” Degtyarev stated.
As for the political statements of Yuri Moshi, they explained them as follows: “Mosha said four years ago that, if he had the opportunity, he would not have worked in this“ authentic country ”. Now its main goal is to obtain citizenship. So he builds himself almost a dissident! " Degtyarev opened his correspondence with Moshe on the reinforcement of his words and read several letters, carefully missing strong expressions: “This is what Mosha answers me when I say that I will sue him if he does not return the money to me:“ The more statements, the faster I will receive the citizenship of the democratic country. And forget - there is no extradition from the USA. ” When asked about other businesses, Yuri Moshi, his former partner replied: “He took off the office in the same building with the Fed to make acquaintances there and easier to solve issues with registration of land. He started a company. Then he took 80 thousand from people for building permission. And he deceived. "
When the New Times correspondent asked if anyone could confirm his words, Degtyarev just took his mobile, turned on the speakerphone and made several calls: “Alla, Zuhra? Remember, you turned to Moshe, what did you need from him there? " - “Construction permit. You yourself sent me to him. I gave him 100 thousand. He personally took it. And did nothing. " "
Mosha said four years ago that if he had the opportunity, he would not have worked in this "authentic country" for a single day
“Another call was made to a man who, according to Degtyarev, Mosha left his company“ Kuban investment fund ”after he left Russia.“ How much should he? ” “Two million”. - "We are negotiating.
Case
The correspondent of The New Times and in the wake of the trial Yuri Moshi: I talked with the local architecture and urban planning department, which issues permits for development, spoke with the chief architect of the city Valery Valeev, with the head of the city administration Vladimir Artemov - it was the department’s department that Mosha was building his homes, violating the law. In short, either Mosha did not share, either did not share with him. As for the criminal case, which forced the entrepreneur with secret paths to flee the ocean, it really was instituted, but no one was going to arrest Mosha: “The case was instituted on the fact of an attempt to theft of municipal lands,” said the New Times, in the summer of 2011, the deputy head of the investigation, the captain of justice Andrei Savchenko (currently he is in The bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs no longer work, why - it is unknown). But the captain was surprised at the issue of the possible arrest of Moshi: “The measure of restraint was elected to Mr. Moshe, not related to the deprivation of liberty, namely: a subscription about the lower leave.”
"Dissident"
Yuri Mosha about the visit of The New Times to Novorossiysk and an interview with his business partners learned. At first he called on the phone: he asked not to publish the material, because he could harm him. He proposed to compensate for all costs for a business trip (the editors, of course, refused). Then he began to send photos of his children. Then there were letters. At first, he sophisticated not to write about what he gave bribes: there would be problems with receiving an American long -term visa, he said. Then he wrote: “I told one authoritative person that they write an article about me. He said that if such an article comes out, then I will be kapets in the city. They will take up the family - I have two children in Novorossiysk. Our power can do everything. We are no different from Kushchevka. While I was in Russia and I had funds, I at least paid them the guard. And now it is not. In general, I wanted the best, but you see how? I'm afraid for children. I understand that you also took time from your employees. I am ready to atone my guilt with any requests. ” It was an argument: to put the living people The New Times did not consider it possible. The article fell into the archive.
But all this year, the correspondent followed the ever -increasing activity of Yuri Moshi in the Niva Sale of Assistance to Blue and wanted to find asylum in the United States. At some point, it already seemed that Mosty was ready to replace the entire US State Department or, at least, a department in charge of entry visas and green cards. YouTube pleased Moshi videos: there are already more than three hundred of them - how to quickly learn English, what are the prices of real estate in the USA, how much products cost, how to find work, etc. In short, Mosha obviously did not hide. Nevertheless, the appearance of a fugitive on the screen of the Rain television channel during the debate during the election campaign in the coordination council of the opposition caused a considerable surprise: what about the family forgotten in Novorossiysk? What about fears for the lives of children? Or are there no more? Or were they not at all?
There was no doubt: Mosha skillfully converted into business in the USA. He sold one visa and hope for a better life, the other - his struggle for good, kind, bright in his homeland. He is not the first, and he is not the last. The state spagand, meanwhile, unearthed the history of Moshi in Novorossiysk, and now the NTV channel in the Metla program, in the issue dedicated to the elections to the Constitutional Court, after the demonstration of the videos, in which the “heroes” were fascist Tesac, the creator of the Pyramid MMM Mavrodi and our acquaintance Mosha, says: here it is, the face of the Russian opposition. No, not a face. Thank you, there is no stranger.
