It became known that the Moscow authorities will transfer a subsidy of 30 million rubles for the construction of a monument to Peter Stolypin.
Funds from the city budget will go to the Fund for studying the heritage of Peter Stolypin (the president of the Fund - Pavel Zvezhailo) - above what was collected as donations.
Money will be transferred from the reserve fund of the Moscow budget through the city construction department.
On July 13, 2011, a ceremony of laying the first stone of the future monument was held, in which Vladimir Putin and others took part. At the same time, Putin asked for members of the government to personally participate in the fundament of funds for the monument. He explained that the amount is small and it would be easy to collect it. He also said that he recommends sacrifice an amount equal to a monthly salary. But, either we have few ministers, or they do not have such a large salary.
According to information for December 2011, the amount of donations amounted to 10 million rubles. In the spring, the media reports that the collection of donations was going tight, and in early October, Minister of Culture Vladimir Medinsky urged citizens to show consciousness. On his Twitter, he wrote: “ Hundreds of people have already made contributions to the monument to P.A. Stolypin: from 500 to 500,000 rubles about the project/details http://www.stolypin.ru RT PZHL ”.
Apparently, in the end, the Moscow authorities were recommended to pay extra. And then it is already running out, the monument should be erected in honor of the 150th anniversary, which was celebrated this spring, but can formally be noted until the end of 2012.
The monument will be erected at the Government House.
This is how it will be, in general.
An open competition for the best architectural and artistic decision of the project of the monument P.A. Stolypin was held from August 5 to November 14, 2011. I was awarded the project of the author’s collective under the leadership of Anton Pozhnutsky (Mikhail Kloatsky, Konstantin Filippov, Vladimir Oleinikov).
Here he is.
"Yesterday he was in St. Petersburg with Pavel Any Zhilo. He showed me a restored monument on the site of the explosion on August 12, 1906, the cottage of Peter Stolypin on the pharmaceutical island, when 24 people died, and told the extraordinary history of the restoration of this monument ..
In the early 2000s. Any efforts made every effort to restore the monument. There was little chance of it. Then, on the embankment of Nevka near a wooden, breathing on the incense of a historical house, there were some sheds, stalls, a car service of the Azerbaijanis; The house was subject to demolition; In its place they were supposed to build a new one, which would irrevocably absorb the entire historical place. Only the pedestal remained from the old monument, which was erected here in 1907 at the direction of the king.
However, a miracle happened. The stalls, sheds and car services of the Caucasian comrades quickly disappeared somewhere, the project of the house under construction was changed and from the straight line became semicircular, the monument was no longer affected. And soon the monument itself was restored in the same form - a high marble pyramid with the corresponding memorable board and an icon.
Who could do this?
No, not city authorities.
This was done by the famous St. Petersburg authority Kumarin (Barsukov, Kum), who has now been convicted of 15 years.
Upon learning from the Eater about Stolypin and the monument, he promised to do everything. And quickly made.
Returning to Moscow, I tried to find out from one old familiar address of the institution where Kumarin is now sitting to send my book about Stolypin there. The familiar address did not give, he warned that there was still a lot of things hanging on Kumarin and that I have nothing to contact him at all.
But if I still find out the address, I will send the book. "
Mikhail ZakharovStill, Pyotr Arkadievich Stolypin is a contradictory figure, even for modern Russia. "RunTherter", "Stolypin tie" and "Stolypin car". And then: “You need great shocks, we need great Russia” and “Give Russia twenty years of peace and you will not recognize it.”
Both winged Stolypin phrases were created specifically for Vladimir Putin. Or Nikita Mikhalkov, who defended the honor of the tsarist prime minister-reformer in the framework of the Name Russia television project in the second half of 2008.
Stolypin in a certain sense is the essence of Putin's Russia and the Putin position. Patriotism, sacrifice, stability with parallel to the (or non -walking) structural reforms, rejection of revolutionary development pathways.
The crisis of historical identity since the late 80s has been pushing the authorities to find it in a different, not quite Soviet plane. The authorities are trying to gain a new ideology or what can be given out for it. Throwing in this area is strong, because even prominent state people do not understand what it is Russia. Who is her hero? Who is an evil genius? Where an education called “Russian Federation” is stuck and for what reason we “steal” and organize other obstacles in development.
Meanwhile, there is a need to answer these questions, including the management language. Therefore, patriotic or quasiPatoric youth movements are organized. Monuments are installed. The magnificent funerals of the royal family and the White General Denikin. The red flag for the army and tricolor for everyone else has been restored. Ideology and symbolism - the authorities feel that it is very important, but does not fully understand what to come up with to increase this very patriotism and increase the authority of the state. Well,/or to increase the civilian spirit.
Methods are elected different, including bureaucratic properties. On the eve of, for example, Vladimir Putin formed in his administration a new administration called "Management of the President of the Russian Federation for Public Projects". The head of the structure was appointed deputy head of the internal policy department Pavel Zenkovich.
It is charged with him (management and Pavel Zenkovich), in particular, “ensuring the support of legislative and other initiatives of the President of the Russian Federation, the main areas of state policy in the field of patriotic education” and “analysis and forecasting of public processes in the Russian Federation and its subjects”. According to Kommersant, a new department was created on the initiative of the president himself, concerned about the fall of public morals.
In fact, the Office for the promotion of patriotism is created in the manner of the Department of the CPSU Central Committee for Propaganda and Agitation. You can argue whether such a structure is needed now and what it should be done, but definitely this story is quite rhyming with the monument to Stolypin or the same project “Name of Russia”. We need to come up with an ideology - new management is required.
In itself, this is not bad and not good. It is obvious that patriotism in the version of Putin, and in the version of Stolypin, and in the version of the conditional Navalny is necessary and even inevitable if there is a desire to somehow develop the country.
Further, however, many questions arise. Does we have a bureaucratic imitation of the type of organization of summer camps and playing a tarnish? On the basis of what real values can modern Russian patriotism be constructed? “Orthodoxy, autocracy, nationality”, which brings out of the Putin's speeches of the last year - is this a trick or “king” and is really building something similar in an ideological field?
In which the next generation of Russians will wake up on these and many other questions and many other questions. Whether it will be a strong and calm country, an authoritarian regime of a kemalist type or a slightly controlled galley with a hundred millions of slaves on board. Ideology is not a joke for you.
In the Russian poet Timur Kibirov, this was so pronounced:
"Who is for Peter I
and Alexei German.
And who is for Nicholas II
And Nikita Mikhalkov.
What a movie is.
Or maybe someone for King Arthur
(and Timur Kibirova)?
Here is such a literature. "

The story is repeated. More than 100 years ago in the student and intellectuals it was not fashionable and even dangerous to maintain power. Let us recall the letters of the Japanese Kamikadze. As a result, Ivan Karamazov went crazy, the elder was blown up and everyone began to change everything. The reincarnation in demons occurred imperceptibly, the consequences are terrible. Nicholas II, responding to the challenge of the revolution, presented to Russia Stolypin and, as a result, the revolutionary passionarity turned into creative passionarity. Will Putin today give the people Stolypin (not only in the form of a monument). Prokhorov looks like Stolypin, but not Stolypin. Mezentsev and everyone else is a parody of the saviors of Russia, the same as the Antichrist - a parody of Christ, a monkey of God, but not God. Therefore, for Putin today the moment of truth. If he remains in the cultural space of the apartment N50, and not Russia, he will be rejected as an unhealthy philosopher. Unfortunately.
On the Radio "Voice of Russia" ( records )
... Tolstoy will mislead. In the end, Tolstoy could not understand what he wanted, and did not give an answer. He passed away, not having come to any decision. Tolstoy is complicated for reading and understanding for an inexperienced person. Just like, by the way, Lermontov and Chekhov to some extent. There are three very great Russian writers - Pushkin, Gogol and Dostoevsky - who, from my point of view, possessed a certain prophetic consciousness, and ultimately the epilogue of their work was precisely the prophetic for Russia.
... According to Dostoevsky, as I call, there is a mistake of the Western heart, and there is a mistake of the oriental heart. The mistake of the Western heart is when this life is considered the main thing that we live here and now. This is all that we see in all sorts of Sobchak and others. It is to eat, eat, get drunk and forget. And there is an eastern heart error. It is more inherent in Russia. This is when a person takes possession of the supervision or super -task, and he is ready to sacrifice his life to them. It is not always sacred, not always justified.
... The problem of modern Russia is that from the state of this Raskolnikov on hard labor, she, bypassing the stage of repentance, jumped immediately into the image of the Luzhin. And trying to overcome the error of the eastern heart (communism, superior, superior), it immediately fell on the path of the mistakes of the Western heart. Such the construction of capitalism, they say, need to catch up with what they missed. In this context, this is very dangerous, it can lead to the next turning point, because it is absolutely not a Russian path.
There was a reformer, who was called Peter Arkadievich Stolypin, and he, as it seems to me, in the history of the entire Reformation of Russia stands apart. He managed to find the exact combination of our historical task as the third Rome and a certain movement forward along the path of civilization, along the path of human development. Therefore, in five years there were such results.
.... Of course, this is very important so that the country retains itself as a country. Real estate monuments are probably the most silent of all other spheres, they hurt these processes.
... As a rule, the monument prevents the monument from building either nearby, or instead of it a large glass building, which is economically profitable, in which you can place offices, shops - anything. From the point of view of money and economics, from the point of view of rational logic, this is correct. From the point of view of ethics, morality or conscience, it is wrong, and many feel it.
We have already said that, as without repentance from the uniforms of schismatics, Russia also immediately smiled without stopping into capitalist harsh reality ... In this idea there is no place for monuments, and, of course, everywhere, wherever the possibilities for reconstruction and construction appeared, various kinds of ugly buildings were built that were superimposed on historical fragments, the center of cities or individual buildings, and individual buildings, and individual buildings, and individual buildings, and individual buildings, and individual buildings, and individual buildings, and individual buildings, and individual buildings, and individual buildings Had what we possessed even in the Soviet Union.
.. Of course, our resources are limited, but it was the Voopik that stopped the construction of the Okhta Center. ... in Moscow we did not have time. In Moscow, unfortunately, there was an energetic and quite productive leader in this sense. Matvienko is still a woman, and she was not so effective, thank God. And in the capital, a car was built, like a garbage plant, which in bucks threw these cubes of chopping. It is clear that it is quite difficult to save Moscow. I think that you can save some fragments. One of the leaders of the Bolshoi Theater was in the house of Pashkov. Walking around the banner, he said: "Just a banner is one of the few streets that retained the spirit of that Moscow." Either thanks to Shilov, or thanks to the Ministry of Defense, but for some reason it was not possible to build anything there. True, it is beautiful there.
