Vaenga flooded its neighbors at the beginning of the year, but the Dzerzhinsky court of St. Petersburg only started the case now. “According to the documents submitted to the court by the plaintiff, it follows that the plaintiff’s flood occurred on February 7, 2012. However, the defendant, for unknown reasons, did not want to solve the problem without court intervention,” - said a representative of the Dzerzhinsky court.

Elena Vaenga did not come to the hearing - the singer’s proxies attended the court on her behalf. They showed the judge a power of attorney for the right to represent Vaenga’s interests in court. “The first meeting took place on October 16. But at the request of the defendant’s proxies, it was postponed; the plaintiff did not object,” the court commented.

Whether Vaenga was at the registered address on February 7 or not is not yet known to the court.
