Regarding “Anatomy of Protest-2” and the repression that began (text dated October 19)
I greet all honest citizens of Russia who are fighting against Kremlin impostors and usurpers of power.
Somewhere in August, I wrote that it seems that Putin and his criminal clique benefit from the collapse of Russia in order to legalize the loot. How else can one explain the manic desire of the Kremlin organized crime group to wage a vile war against civil society, against the thinking intelligentsia, the country's middle class, and the people as a whole?
I am still confident that all the opposition’s proposals put forward in the winter could have been implemented even then, even now, and the Kremlin could even benefit from this. But the criminal boss is either incapable of dialogue or deliberately aggravates the situation.
Regarding “Anatomy of Protest-2” and the repressions that have now begun. I can only repeat what I said during interrogation by the Investigative Committee. This film is a gross political falsification. Muddy footage, illegible speeches, superimposition of the same video on different dialogues of unidentified persons - all this is recognized as the original by the Investigative Committee (the department whose head, at gunpoint, taught the journalist in the forest how to work correctly).
The fact that we all appeared for pre-investigation interrogation, that for the sake of this case Konstantin Lebedev actually flew specially from Italy, essentially interrupting his vacation, but could have stayed there for a long time (his open visa allows this), suggests that At first, we couldn’t even believe the absurdity of this film and treated it as just another movie about “cookies.” A falsehood was concocted against us, but in our country, in the end, we also became accused.
But we know for sure that our fault lies only in the fact that we actively promote the unity of actions of general civil protest and, to a greater extent, in the fact that we are supporters of leftist views. It is not for nothing that this was repeated more than once in “Anatomy of Protest”, they say that they raised social slogans that were understandable to the common man...
As a matter of fact, after interrogation by the Investigative Committee, I left Moscow, since from the point of view of the law, nothing prevented me from doing this. So far, neither my loved ones nor my comrades know where I am. Yes, and it is very difficult and distant for information to reach me, there is no Internet...
I am a Siberian, a taiga resident, so I can live in extreme conditions for quite a long time. I'm not going to play by their rules. Although I am sure that now they will begin to use the most vile methods against me: pressure on loved ones, blackmail and provocations! I am confident that with the whole world working together, we will be able to defeat this criminal junta.
As before, no matter what, I am a supporter of peaceful protest. But it must be more principled, more populous and decisive. I am sure that if a million people take to the streets of Moscow and stay there for several days, these inflated turkeys will fulfill all the conditions of the opposition!
Only one question remains: do we, citizens of Russia, want our Motherland to become free in just a week? So far, our desire was probably not entirely conscious and consistent. As a result, the Kremlin organized crime group, having recovered from the winter scare, moved on to unlimited repression and tightening the screws.
What will be our answer? Will we endure it, will we swallow it? Or, having realized that we are dealing with an unprincipled criminal monster, will we wage a more determined fight to the bitter end?
The ball is in our court, what to do is up to everyone to decide, but in any case it concerns everyone!
PS If I get detained or something bad happens to me in the near future, don't believe anything they say bad about me. I am of sound mind and sober memory, although my living conditions are now “not a fountain.”
I have been in the active opposition movement for almost 15 years, all the time I interact mainly with left-wing patriotic organizations in Russia. The goal of my activity is the democratization of the social structure of Russia through self-organization and self-government of citizens, which in turn, in my opinion, will lead to a society of social justice without the practical implementation of the slogan “Take and Share” attributed to the left forces.
