Razvoszhaev, accused of preparing mass riots for organizing, was abducted by unknown at the Office of the UN Supreme Commissioner for Refugees in Kyiv, where he asked for political asylum. After that, Razvoszhaev was taken to Moscow, where the day before the court authorized his arrest.
