Actor Yuri Solomin was hospitalized

Doctors delivered to the GKB No. 1 named after Pirogov the artistic 77-year-old leader of the Maly Theater Yuri Solomin with suspicion of hypertensive crisis, RIA Novosti reports with reference to the Rector of the theater school named after Shchepkin Boris Lyubimov.

According to Lyubimov, Solomin felt bad at work at a theater school. He was put a dropper and taken to the hospital. Lyubimov emphasized that Solomin was cheerful.

According to Life News, Solomin suffered from a heart attack. In addition, doctors suspect an exacerbation of a chronic disease caused by food poisoning.

Yuri Mephodeevich Solomin was born in 1935. He studied at the Higher Theater School named after Shchepkin on the course of actress Vera Pashennaya. In 1957 he entered the troupe of the Maly Theater, and in 1988 he became his artist. He has been teaching since 1961. Known for his roles in the films “ Ordinary Miracle ”, “ Blockade ” , “ Walking through the torment ”. He received the title of People's Artist of the USSR in 1988.
