Budget revenues of the Vladimir region in 2013 are projected at 35.5 billion rubles, expenses - 38.8 billion rubles, deficit - 3.3 billion rubles, or 8.5% of expenses, the press service of the regional administration reported.
According to the press service, the projected growth in regional budget revenues compared to 2012 will be 1.1%. The main income items will be taxes on the profits of organizations, on the income of individuals, on the property of organizations, and excise taxes.
“The budget will maintain a social focus. The main share in it will be taken up by expenditures on education, healthcare and social policy. Thus, in 2013 it is planned to allocate 8.5 billion rubles for education, healthcare expenditures are planned in the amount of about 12 billion rubles, expenditures on social policy planned in the amount of 8.9 billion rubles,” the statement says.
