According to the department, winds of 15-20 m/s are expected in the region, snow in places, blizzards, as well as drifting snow, ice and snow drifts on the roads.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations recommends limiting the movement of cars in order to prevent road accidents, maintaining speed limits and maintaining distance.
In addition, the department asks to check the condition of electrical networks, equipment, furnaces and ensure the serviceability of the fire-fighting water supply.
