Representatives of the Vladimir region held a presentation of the cultural, historical, economic and investment potential of the region in France.
The regional administration's press service reported on Thursday that the presentation took place the day before at the Russian Embassy in France.
Vladimir Governor Nikolai Vinogradov spoke to representatives of French business, diplomats and public figures.
He noted that today the region is following the path of innovative development and modernization, its economic policy is aimed at the development of modern competitive industries.
“We are creating an effective comprehensive system of state support for investors, stimulating the construction of new enterprises and the reconstruction of existing ones, including through the creation of technology parks,” the governor’s words are quoted in the message.
N. Vinogradov’s words were confirmed by representatives of foreign companies operating in the Vladimir region - the ex-head of the Italian Ferrero Russia Arturo Cardeluz and the ex-director of Kraft Foods Rus David Steer.
In addition, a delegation of Vladimir entrepreneurs took part in the presentation.
