The Ministry of Natural Resources tests the program for calculating payments for harm to nature

The Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation checks the effectiveness of the use of the Rosprirodnadzor software product “The Module of the Nature Manager”, created to calculate the fee for the negative impact on the environment, according to the website of the Ministry of Natural Resources .

Data is provided by payer organizations engaged in activity related to nature management in the territory of the Russian Federation. The decision to conduct an audit of the module for efficiency was made in connection with numerous appeals of organizations, the message notes.

In particular, the “environmental user module” calculates payments for emissions of pollutants into atmospheric air by stationary, mobile objects, discharges of pollutants into water bodies, placement of production and consumption waste.

The module includes reference books about pollutants, including those thrown into the atmospheric air, dumped into water bodies, on the types of fuel, waste classifier, coefficients taking into account environmental factors in the territories of the economic regions of the Russian Federation, etc.
