The widow of the Soviet ambassador was kicked out of Rublevka raiders, and the police kept her with the children in the site on charges of theft

In the Moscow region, the wife of the late high -ranking official of the USSR wrote a statement to the Investigative Committee with a request to bring to criminal liability of the police, who for a day kept her together with young children in the position of hostages. The misfortunes of the woman began after her mansion in an elite village on Rublevsky highway was seized by raiders.

The victim of police arbitrariness was 50-year-old Rimma Beletskaya, writes Life News. She inherited the country house from her husband - the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the USSR Viktor Beletsky.

In need of funds, the large widow decided in 2006 to rent an expensive property for rent. The intermediary during the transaction was the Incom-Real Estate agency, whose employees were found for Rimma of the Beletsky tenant, suitable for its requirements. According to the concluded agreement, the new tenant of the house in Rublevka was supposed to pay the diplomat to the 4.5 thousand dollars monthly.

According to the victim, a businessman from Penza Igor Samsonov settled in her house. He regularly paid money for living only before the 2008 crisis.

“At that moment, he began to say that everyone has bad money now, you need to wait a bit, and then he would pay the whole amount,” says Rimma Beletskaya. “I believed him. I was just somehow lucky, and I always met only good people in life, therefore I believed it. Although my friends and acquaintances said that he had to evict him, since he does not pay for housing.”

The patience of the woman came to an end only in May 2012. Beletskaya admitted that she called Samsonov and asked him to free the house, saying that she was coming there with her family for the May holidays.

“Samsonov said in response that he would pay, asked me to start a VTB -24 card and transferred 300 thousand to it,” continues Rimma Beletskaya. “Then he made small transfers twenty, sixty thousand rubles each. I realized that this was not serious.”

On August 1, the owner of the house brought a statement to the police, in which she described the situation with the tenant, and then went to her house on Rublevka.

“There was nobody there - Samsonov seems to be in Penza, and his wife left for shopping,” says Rimma Beletskaya.

When the tenant’s wife finished shopping and returned to the mansion, she began to demand that the legitimate owners leave the house. But Rimma Beletskaya refused. Since August 2, the family of the Soviet diplomat held a real siege on Rublevka. Several times the police came to them, called by the wife of an unscrupulous businessman. And on August 5, Samsonov himself returned to Moscow. He hacked the castle on the gate in front of the house, which the widow managed to change.

“Friends began to come to his help. The police, whom we called, said that they did not react, because they did not see traces of hacking,” says the mistress of the mansion on Rublevka. As a result, the woman agreed to let her tenant and the police into the house. However, instead of a peaceful conversation, law enforcement officers took her, son -in -law and three children to the police department. According to the little sons of Rimma Beletskaya, they sat all night in a room where only iron chairs and tables stood. The police swore the detainees and did not even give them drinking. They only promised that in the morning they would take written explanations from them.

At some point, Samsonov entered the room to Rimm and threatened: "Either you rewrite the house on me, or you will sit under the article for 10 years."

As it became known, that night Igor Samsonov wrote to the police an application for theft of property for 13 million rubles. As a result, on August 6, a criminal case was opened under part 4 of Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (theft on an especially large scale) "in relation to unidentified persons." The first explanations, according to Beletskaya, were taken only from her daughter and son -in -law, and not at nine in the morning, as promised, but after lunch. “But we didn’t eat, did not sleep, didn’t drink, but well, at least we could go to the toilet - there it was possible to drink water from under the tap, they kept us in antisanitarian conditions,” the widow complains. By the evening, Rimma Beletskaya wrote that she had a headache, and only then the woman was released, offering to come to give explanations on the 8th. On the appointed day, as the widow says, no one wanted to talk with her again, and only in mid -September the whole family took evidence. By the way, according to official police data, Rimma Beletskaya and her relatives were not delayed on the unfortunate night and were not delivered to the police department. Now a woman demands to hold accountable employees of the Assumption Department of Internal Affairs, who were so mocking her and her household. “I myself called the police in the hope that law enforcement agencies will protect us from lawlessness,” the victim is indignant. Three copies of Beletskaya’s statement went to the Investigative Committee, the Prosecutor's Office and Council of Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Moscow Region. The interests of the woman are defended by the Federal Information Center "Analytics and Security". Its lawyers suggest that the police act on the instructions of the raider gang. “We believe that a kind of raider seizure of the property of Rimma Beletskaya is taking place by initiating a criminal case,” explains the head of the Center for the Center for “Analytics and Safety” by Ruslan Melchenko. “We suspect that there is a corruption component in the actions of the police officers.” In the meantime, the lawsuit continues, in the disputed house on Rublevka, the visiting businessman Samsonov again settled. Now he also holds the siege and does not open the door even to reporters.
