Over eight years, the government of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug promises to introduce more than 11 million square meters of housing. Such data is contained in the passport of the target program for the development of enterprises in the building materials industry and industrial housing construction, which will begin to operate from 2013 to 2020. As the URA.Ru correspondent reports, the draft program indicates that in 2013 the volume of housing commissioned in the district will be 1.3 million square meters, in 2014 it will be 50 million more - 1.350 million square meters, starting from 2015 all Over five years, 1.4 million square meters will be commissioned in the district.

It should be noted that in 2011 and 2012 the authorities planned to introduce 1.2 million square meters. Regional authorities hope that developers will deliver the bulk of new housing in the fourth quarter of this year.

In order to fulfill plans for the commissioning of housing and industrial facilities, the Ugra authorities intend to stimulate the construction industry through a new targeted program starting next year. Its tasks include creating conditions for technical re-equipment, modernization of existing and creation of new production of building materials, products and structures, ensuring the reproduction of the regional mineral resource base for the production of main types of building materials, increasing the efficiency of research, development work and innovation activity enterprises producing construction materials.

The district intends to invest 620 million rubles in the program’s activities (in 2013 - 70 million, in 2014 and 2015 - 100 million each, and then all 5 years - again 70 million rubles). The volume of extra-budgetary investments attracted for the development of enterprises in the building materials industry using state support measures every year, starting in 2013, is planned at just over 380 million rubles annually. In just seven years, 808 million rubles will be raised, the draft program says.

The document indicates that the number of innovative enterprises in the field of building materials and structures in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug will increase by 10 in 2013 (at the beginning of 2012 there were 6 in the region), and from 2014 to 2020 five such enterprises will be introduced. In total, by 2020, according to plans, 51 such production facilities will operate in the district.

The program also indicates indicators of final results for product output. Starting from 2013, reinforced concrete products will be produced from 410 to 586 thousand cubic meters every year. Starting from 2015, the district will begin producing dry construction admixtures; their volume will amount to 50 thousand tons each year. Already next year, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug will begin producing its own cement, in 2013 the volume will be 600 thousand tons, in 2014 – 850 thousand tons, then from 2015 to 2020 the volume will be 1.4 million tons of cement. The production of assembled structures for housing construction will also increase from 76 thousand square meters from 2013 to 326 thousand; from 2015, the annual volume will be 426 thousand square meters.
