The world judicial site number 369 of the Tver district of Moscow appointed two participants in the incident with shooting at a wedding in the center of the capital of the administrative arrest for a period of five days, and the third, which pleaded guilty, fined a thousand rubles, Rapsei said in court. The court recognized Zurab Ramazanov, Aziza Selimov and Ruslan Mamerdzaeva guilty under Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to the police officer).
On September 30, the machine from the wedding courthouse blocked the road, after which the people in the car began to shoot in the air. The incident occurred at the intersection of Tverskaya and Mokhovaya streets, later 15 people were detained, who were released after the preparation of administrative protocols.
Earlier, the magistrate courts arrested 15 days a direct shooter, which was found guilty of petty hooliganism, and for five days - a guest of a wedding that resisted police officers. The case of the fourth participant in the incident, Adil Magomedova, who is a military man, will be considered by the Moscow garrison military court on November 8.
On October 19, the judge of the world plot No. 369 of the Tver district Olga Zatomskaya issued a forced drive to three wedding participants with shooting. Aziz Selimov, Ruslan Mamedrzaev and Zurab Ramazanov did not come to a meeting at which their cases should have been considered under the article on disobedience to the legal order of the police officer.
The failure to appear Ramazanov and Mamerzaeva is connected with fears for life, as they receive threats, their lawyer explained. “The bailiffs will just ensure turnout and safety,” the judge said. Selimov fell ill and is at home in treatment, his lawyer said. Zatoskaya also decided to deliver him to the court forcibly. The consideration of administrative cases will be held on November 2.
The petition for the transfer of the case to the military court was stated by the representative of Adil Magomedov. "My principal is a contract for a contract, so his court should be considered by a military court," the defender explained. In this regard, the court sent a request to the Ministry of Defense and postponed the meeting on October 24.
