The justice of the Basmanny Court, Ilmira Mustafina, sentenced to 15 days the arrest of civil activist Denis Yudin, detained on a walk "From Lubyanka to Lefortov" in support of political prisoners last Saturday. This was announced on his Facebook page by journalist Sergei Parkhomenko. “Judge Ilmira Mustafina still did not believe her own eyes. Nothing matters - neither the testimony of witnesses or video recording. Absolutely everything is a drum,” wrote Parkhomenko.
After the detention of Yudin, for two days they kept in the police department, charging of disobedience to the police officer. He was also accused of starting a fight, although witnesses of detention are refuted.
On October 30, the Basmanny Court fined the civil activist Alexei Navalny for 30 thousand rubles on charges of organizing an unauthorized procession. “Navalny simply stood on the 27th, on Saturday, near the FSB building with a single picket, it was not prohibited by law. Then he and Ilya Yashin simply began to go, a crowd of journalists was walking next to them - this was accepted for the procession,” said lawyer Vadim Kobzev.
The same judge postponed on November 15 the process in the case against the leader of the Left Front Sergey Udaltsov, who also accused of violation of the established procedure for holding shares on October 27. The meeting was postponed at the request of lawyer Violetta Volkova, who reported the impossibility of participating in the process because of her poor health.
Earlier, the court fined the participant of the same action Maxim Sannikov for 30 thousand rubles. He was accused of organizing an inconsistent procession, despite the fact that Sannikov stood in a single picket.
On Saturday, the police detained Sergey Udaltsov, Alexei Navalny, Ilya Yashin, Sergey Parkhomenko and other participants in the Lubyanka to Lefortov campaign in support of political prisoners and against torture. All the way from the FSB building to the Investigative Committee, people stood in single pickets. By evening, activists gathered at the Basmannaya police department, where the detainees were delivered.
On Tuesday, he was published by the report of the Ombudsman Vladimir Lukin, which states that the detentions during a walk "from Lubyanka to Lefortov" were disturbed. "The detention of Navalny and Yashin was carried out by police, most of which were without badge - tokens. At the same time, in the vast majority of cases, police refused to introduce themselves at the request of citizens and report the motives of the detention," the report said.
Participants in the action were located at a distance of 50-70 meters from each other, the authors of the document note. In their hands they had postless production posters. “The most common of them, replicated in advance, is“ I am against repression and torture. ”The format of a single picket does not require coordination with the authorities in accordance with the law, emphasized in the report. The number of participants in the action in the report is estimated at 700 people,” the report said.
