"Russian march" in Moscow gathered 5 thousand participants

In Moscow on Sunday, the overkl "Russian March" is the largest annual action of nationalists. According to the correspondent of the "faces", no more than 5 thousand people gathered on Bolshaya Yakimanka, other media reported 10 thousand participants, the organizers about 20 thousand, the police estimated the number of 6 thousand. This year, the action was held for the first time in the city center - a 10,000th procession was agreed on the Yakimanskaya and Crimean embankment and a rally at the Central House of Artists. Previously, "Russian marches" were held in Lublin.

The movement of the columns began at 13 o’clock. The participants walked along a narrow blocked embankment, making 10-minute stops every 50 meters. About half of the participants parted before the rally.

An hour before the start of the march at the Tretyakovskaya metro station, the police detained 25 people in Nazi overcoats with a swastika. On the procession itself, point detentions were carried out. The police drawn up protocols on the participants in masks - under the new law on rallies, it is forbidden to close persons at mass events.

In the column of "independent National Socialists and White Racists", firewood and smoke bombs lit, participants in this column threw up their hands in a Nazi greeting. As eyewitnesses reported on Twitter, the march participants chanted "Glory to Breivika!" And "Romny, go ahead!".

Among the requirements of the march is the abolition of the "anti -extremist" article of the Criminal Code. Participants shouted the slogans "Russian flag over the Kremlin!", "Russia - Russian order!" and others. There were banners with slogans in support of the political prisoner Daniil Konstantinov .

On Sunday, "Russian marches" were also held in other cities. In Yekaterinburg, the inconsistent procession endedwith mass detentions . In St. Petersburg, according to Fundeliy.ru, about 40 participants in the Russian Marsh were detained - they tried to arrange an action with the Oktyabrsky BKZ, where the coordinated rally of United Russia was going on. The remaining nationalists tried to go through the march along Nevsky Prospekt, the detention continued there.
