Supporters are sure that the new business will lead to an increase in tax revenues to the budget. “For the past few years we have been working to achieve the support of the inhabitants of Colorado and stop the non -working ban on marijuana,” explained Mason Tvert, head of the legalization campaign for the “grass”.

Opponents believe that now the use of marijuana will increase sharply among children, and Colorado will become a place of pilgrimage for illegal drug dealers. The obstacle to legalization may be federal legislation

Thus, supporters proposed to allow the purchase and sale of an unlimited number of marijuana, and also advocated the lack of obstacles to growing entire hemp plantations. In Washington, on the contrary, they supported the limitation of the number of sold substances and introduced a complete ban on the independent cultivation of plants.
