From a religious point of view, such deprivation is hardly meaning. Islam fundamentally does not recognize such a punishment measure. But in the North Caucasus, where the Islamic faith always had a special appearance, was built into a tribal, teip life, such an act, as it were, leads a person from the tribal structure, expels him from the people. Therefore, such a measure may not come from the Islamic clergy, but from the head of the clan (teip), who, as it were, renounces the sinful son or member of the clan.

However, in Chechnya this was done by a representative of the clergy. The chairman of the spiritual department of Muslims, Chechnya, Sultan Mirzaev, published a statement that Duma refuses the funeral to the militants, "especially those who shed the blood of Muslims." Thus, the religious punishment for the murder of fellow believers is also inserted into the procedure for expelling from Tip (practically into abreks). The reason is probably also in the war, which is conducted by Ramzan Kadyrov with the remnants of the Wahhabi-Robber Volnitsa.

Such a procedure does not make much sense. The exiles of the aboats will be secretly to bury relatives, Mufti himself admits this: "They will bury it anyway." The meaningless measure is also emphasized by a member of the Scientific Council of the Center for Carnegie Alexei Malashenko: “This is not the first time that such episodes have already taken place. Any person should be buried. If this does not happen, then we go down to the level of his crimes. I believe that everyone is equal before God, as in Islam ... This is not humane even in relation to such people. ”

But maybe if for simply militants this measure is useless, the abreks will still be buried by relatives, then such a measure is effective for the terrorists who “died in the performance” of their black deed? Maybe their shahada will not read if they are not buried? But here is bad luck. As the Chairman of the Islamic Committee of Russia, Heydar Dzhemal, explained to us, “the believer of the Muslim from how and where he is buried, neither hotly nor cold, because those who fell by shahids, according to the Qur'an, unlike all the others, are accepted directly by the Almighty if the Almighty accepted their martyrdom. The deceased is usually washed, and the Shahids should be buried in the clothes in which they died. Clothing in their blood is sacred by any Savan.
