Today in the building of the Bakhmetievsky garage-the former art center "Garage"-solemnly opened the Jewish Museum and the Center for Tolerance. The ceremony was attended by Israeli President Shimon Peres and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov. Until the last expected and personally inviting the Israeli president, Vladimir Putin did not come to this event.

All halls are literally stuffed with gadgets: interactive tables, sensory panels, there are even a 4D cinema, as well as a real tank and a plane from the war.

The most impressive gadget is a barrel with interactive cucumbers: from time to time, air bubbles are shown on the surface, proving that there is a salting process in a barrel. She obviously illustrates a cozy traditional life in a Jewish place.

The words of the song "Stand up, the country is huge!" In the hall dedicated to the military period, they are translated into English. Obviously, signatures in all languages ​​should emphasize the internationality and scale of the venture.

In the hall, resembling a literary cafe, the tables are also interactive: you can sit next to Eliezer Ben-Yeguda or Sholom-Aleichem and get acquainted with their heritage over a cup of virtual coffee.
