The CEC of Ukraine is preparing to announce the final results of the parliamentary elections

The Central Election Commission of Ukraine on Sunday intends to bring the final results of the Verkhovna Rada elections, which were held on October 28. On the agenda on Sunday, the CEC issued questions about the recognition of the elected deputies in the remaining 34 single -mandate districts. On the eve of the CEC distributed half the seats in the Rada - the one that is divided on party lists.

Members of the Commission Julia Shvets and Zhanna Usenko-Black, a proposal to consider issues of recognition impossible to establish elections in 11, 14 districts (Vinnitsa region) and 184 districts (Cherkasy region). During the discussion of these issues, the CEC members did not support the proposal to make on the agenda the question of the impossibility of establishing elections in 11 districts - only 6 members of the necessary 8 voted for it, Interfax notes.

After that, a tough discussion unfolded, as a result, the head of the CEC Vladimir Shapoval announced a break in the meeting. Newsru.ua notes that five CEC members did not agree that the elections were transparent - they signed the final protocol with a special opinion.

On Saturday, the CEC announced the official results of the elections on party lists: “Party of Regions” received 72 mandates, 62, “Batkivshchina” - 34, the Communist Party - 32, “Freedom” - 25. Earlier, the CEC also recognized the deputies in 186 single -member districts, the “Party of Regions” won with a large advance, which took 113 places.

At the same time, the CEC adopted a decree that in five single -mandate districts it is impossible to establish the results of the will of citizens, and therefore the Verkhovna Rada recommended that the CICs should be appointed in these districts repeated elections. This applies to districts 94 (Obukhov, Kiev region), 132 (Pervomaisk, Nikolaev region), 194 and 197 (Cherkasy region) and 223 (Kyiv Shevchenkovsky District).
