In Moscow, a shooter at a wedding was detained

The police detained a young man who shot from a wedding motorcade on Anokhin Street, the press service of the capital's head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reports . On nine drivers drew up administrative protocols on non -compliance with the legal requirement of a police officer to stop the vehicle.

At the alleged shooter, the police seized two legally registered traumatic pistols, a blue -colored flashing light, a baseball bat, 47 rounds and four signal cartridges for the Osa Pistol, RIA Novosti said.

A message about shooting on Academician Anokhin Street was received by the police at about 16.00. "The drivers of the column did not respond to the legal requirements of the police, the police officers did not respond and continued the movement. During the persecution, this motorcade was stopped on the Vorobevskoye Shosse," the press service said. It was established that at least four shots were fired from a passing wedding procession. The arrived police officers found four sleeves.

On September 30, firing was fired from the wedding motorcade on Leningradsky Prospekt. The motorcade was blocked at the intersection of Tverskaya and Mokhovaya streets, 15 people were detained, who were released after the preparation of administrative protocols. The incident caused a large public outcry. Moscow mayor Sergei Sobyanin took control of his investigation and instructed "to harshly suppress any such actions in the future."

Subsequently, the magistrate court arrested a direct shooter for 15 days, who was found guilty of petty hooliganism, and deprived him of the right to store and carry weapons for a period of one year. Three guests of the wedding were arrested for five days and one was fined a thousand rubles. The court found them guilty under Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (disobedience to the police officer).

On October 6, the Moscow police opened a criminal case under Article 213 of the Criminal Code (hooliganism). According to preliminary data, a three -year -old boy suffered as a result of shooting. The police managed to find the victim with the help of journalists. The boy’s mother said that her son was a fragment of a car headlight, which crashed from a bullet released from a traumatic pistol.

On October 21, an incident with shooting from a wedding motorcade again occurred. "The police received a message from citizens about the movement along Sokolnici Val of twenty vehicles with citizens of the Caucasian appearance, while red -colored Bentley GT was fired in the air. An immediate response group and criminal investigation officers were immediately sent to the scene," the Ministry of Internal Affairs press service said.

Police officers found out that the 38-year-old driver of the Bentley car, in which there were several wedding participants, took the IZH traumatic pistol belonging to him on the way to the restaurant and fired two times in the air right on the road. He is held accountable under Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (petty hooliganism).
