Attention! Only for persons over 18 years of age.
Russian President Vladimir Putin, who signed a decree on the updated composition of the Council for the Development of Civil Society and Human Rights, said at a meeting with new and old members of the HRC that he expects constructive proposals from the advisory body.
However, for some reason, members of the Council first of all rushed to demand from the President changes in legislation, namely in the laws on libel, insulting the feelings of believers and treason. That's all. It seems that there is nothing more important in human rights activities than these three pieces of legislation. Not a single member of the Human Rights Council even remembered at the meeting with Putin what is happening in Russian correctional colonies and pre-trial detention centers, where almost a million of our citizens are now being held. Apparently, our human rights activists, working out their pre-rehearsed program, had no time for this. Of course, they can be understood. Protecting the rights of convicts and prisoners does not bring such public resonance as empty talk, for example, about insulting the feelings of believers. Moreover, after the uproar over the Pussy Riot case, the West will also support it and say, well done, and bloggers all over the Internet will start making enthusiastic noises.
If the bloody chaos taking place in the camps and prisons of Russia does not concern the main human rights activists of the country (and even under the President of the Russian Federation), then we ourselves will continue to tell and show what is happening in the current Russian Gulag. Perhaps these shocking facts will still reach the President, bypassing the barrier of members of the Human Rights Council, who are concerned about completely different problems.
So, I will give only a small part of the available video evidence of the existence of hell. Hell on earth, namely in correctional colonies and pre-trial detention centers in Russia, where no laws or universal human norms and rules apply. There are other concepts there, and their names are: humiliation of human dignity, blood, pain, fear, death.
The videos posted in this material do not need comments. Everything is visible, clear and scary. The only request is that you do not show THIS to people under 18 years of age.
July 2012. Correctional colony No. 6 of the Federal Penitentiary Service for the Chelyabinsk region. Prisoner E.F. Terekhin was brutally beaten and mutilated by employees of the colony administration. They demanded that he renounce his complaints about lawlessness in the correctional facility. The convict's legs, teeth, genitals and much more were damaged.
October 2012. In the pre-trial detention center FKU IZ-3 of the Federal Penitentiary Service in the Rostov Region (Novocherkassk), guards beat and humiliate prisoners. The sadistic “event” is led by Lieutenant Colonel of the Internal Service A. Kalganov. Let me remind you that pre-trial detention centers contain people who are just awaiting trial, and, accordingly, are innocent at the time of their stay in the pre-trial detention center. (Warning! Profanity)
November 2012. In the correctional colony PKU-IK 21 in the city of Sterlitamak, in the Republic of Bashkiria, employees of the Federal Penitentiary Service beat and mutilate convicts, demanding an end to the mass hunger strike declared in protest against humiliation and violence.
I appeal to everyone who has now watched these footage with a request to disseminate and repost as much as possible what you saw. Only in this way will we be able to convey this shocking information to those who really “make decisions” and have the power to stop the bloody lawlessness in camps and prisons. And also, try not to forget that under the current system of punitive justice, anyone could find themselves in the place of these people.
