Rybinsk residents set an example of how to protect Russian culture

On November 11th in Rybinsk, in the Perebory microdistrict, a rally was held against discrimination against Russian culture by the management of the Mirovoy store. In the Mirovoy store, the radio stations Lavradio and Europe Plus are constantly playing, which deliberately discriminate against Russian music, playing absolute American stuff.

In addition, these two radio stations promote vulgarity and debauchery, inviting listeners to call and tell their intimate stories out loud. Appeals from citizens to the store management with demands to stop broadcasting “Europe Plus” and “Lavradio” and replace them with “Road Radio” did not yield results. Then a rally was organized. The rally took place near the entrance to the Mirovoy store. Among the participants were residents of the Perebory microdistrict, representatives of local Cossack organizations, organizers of the Russian March, artists, and musicians.

The rally participants protested against discrimination against Russian culture and the oblivion of traditions. They called on citizens to boldly fight the dominance of foreigners. And they stated that their struggle is just beginning - protests are planned against discrimination against Russian music in many shops and cafes in Rybinsk.

The final resolution of the meeting contains a demand for the federal authorities to adopt a law on the percentage of Russian and foreign music on the air, defining foreign music as no more than fifteen to twenty percent.
In addition, the rally participants demanded to close Lavradio and Europe Plus as enemy radio stations aimed at corrupting the Russian people, instilling vulgarity, reducing taste, and deliberately discriminating against Russian music.
