After our publication about how a unique children’s playground was going to be demolished in the Kuntsevo district, former Minister of Labor and Social Development Alexander Pochinok contacted us. Pochinok became interested in the story and did a little research. According to him, local authorities really like the site, but in order to achieve legal status for it, they need to go to the level of Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin or his deputy for housing and communal services Petr Biryukov.

I think that things will go to Biryukov’s level. The problem now is how to somehow certify this site. Now it will be fenced off, there will be posters warning that the site can be dangerous. This is required by the territorial inspection. Formally, this is an object that poses a threat to the life and health of citizens.

I would advise Andrei Salnikov to collect as many signatures as possible in his support, 230 is still very few. This may have an impact. And contact Sergei Sobyanin and Pyotr Biryukov with a request to take measures to strengthen some elements, to ensure safety, and to certify the site. It is necessary for the mayor's office to send a territorial commission that would conduct an inspection, indicate what things need to be corrected and certify it. I didn't see anything particularly dangerous there. You can’t kill yourself in Baba Yaga’s hut, it’s quite difficult to fall from the ship, the swing is low. The only detail is that nails are visible in some places, which is understandable, the man did everything in the old style, but a nail can scratch you. Both the head of the district government and the head of the district have a great attitude towards this site. And now they themselves are thinking about how to register what was erected completely spontaneously.
