Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the dismissal of two deputy defense ministers Elena Kozlova and Dmitry Chushkin from their posts, the Kremlin press service reports on Thursday. The head of state appointed these posts of the former first deputy chairman of the military-industrial commission under the Government of the Russian Federation Yuri Borisov and the former vice-governor of the Moscow Region Ruslan Tsalikov.

The 56-year-old native of the city of Ordzhonikidze of the North Ossetian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic Ruslan Tsalikov in the early 90s held the post of Minister of Finance of North Ossetia. Since 1994, he worked in the system of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia. He headed the main financial and economic department, then he headed the Department of Financial and Economic Activities of the Ministry.

In 2012, Tsalikov took the post of vice-governor of the Moscow region, after the region was headed by the former head of the Ministry of Emergencies Sergey Shoigu. Doctor of Technical Sciences Yuri Borisov is the same age as Ruslan Tsalikov. "I ask you to make changes to the charter that would allow me to take responsibility for the management of the region," Vorobyov said at a meeting of the Moscow Regional Duma.

The former head of the United Russia faction in the State Duma noted that he would like to change the management structure in the region. “I can’t stand aside, I want to feel the process, so I ask you to consider a statement that will allow me to head the government,” he emphasized.

Vorobyov also stated that he will have the first three deputy. “The first deputy is a social block,” he said. He called the Minister of Education of the Moscow Region Lydia Antonov as a candidate for this position. I.O. The governor said that he will offer the position of deputy on finances and economics "a person with whom he worked in the State Duma" - the current head of the Committee on Rules and Organizations of Ildar Gabdrakhmanov.
