On Thursday, the Tver Court of Moscow arrested an 18-year-old native of Azerbaijan who fired in the air from a traumatic pistol at the Caucasian wedding in the Russian capital. The investigation petitioned for such an extent, despite the fact that Seymour Nabizade is suspected of medium -sized crime - hooliganism, Interfax reports.

According to investigators, in the case of liberation, a student can hide with his relatives or friends in Azerbaijan. The accused’s lawyer asked him to release 200 thousand rubles or take him under house arrest.

It turned out in the court that in the VAZ-2114 car, driving Nabizade opened the shooting of Makarych’s traumatic pistol, expressing joy for the newlyweds, at that moment his minor girl and a young sister were with him.

The bully fully pleaded guilty, repented and asked for condescension. “I help my father, study in two institutes, go in for sports. I am not dangerous for society, forgive me, I did wrong. I ask you to give me a house arrest or a bail,” he said. When asked by the judge, why he carried firearms with him, the student replied that "just like that."

The Azerbaijani lawyer drew the attention of the court to the young age of the suspect and pointed out the groundlessness of suspicions that he could hide. According to the defender, Father Nabizade is ready to make a bail for him for 200 thousand rubles for him.

Seymour Nabizade was detained on November 12 after eyewitnesses of eyewitnesses that shooting was heard from one machine of the wedding motorcade passing in the west of Moscow. The investigation established that he fired five shots.

First, drivers of the wedding procession ignored the police demand to stop, but law enforcement officers overtook them after a long chase.

On the fact of shooting against the repeated winner of the Volost Struggle competition, Nabizada was opened a criminal case under Art. 213 of the Criminal Code (hooliganism), he faces up to five years in prison. When inspecting the car, the policefound two traumatic pistols, about 47 45-caliber rounds, handcuffs, blue-colored flashing lights, baseball bat and four signaling cartridges for the Osa Pistol. The student presented a license for wearing weapons - according to preliminary data, it was obtained by law.

In relation to eight people traveling as part of the motorcade, administrative protocols were drawn up under Art. 12.25 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (failure to comply with the requirement to stop the vehicle).
