At the end of November, three mothers, who have disappeared sons, intend to hold a rally in Makhachkala against the arbitrariness of law enforcement agencies. Women told Publicpost why they are sure that it was law enforcement officers who abducted their sons.

On March 13, I wrote a statement to the FSB, and on the 24th they answered me that the application was redirected to the prosecutor. We were called there in four days. I don’t know if law enforcement officers have standard questions or something, but the investigator of the prosecutor’s office also asked about prayer and beards.

My husband and I sent letters to all kinds of authorities, but unsubscribes come from everywhere. I have no doubt that the sons were abducted by the security forces. I understood this from the fact that I am everywhere - in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and in the FSB, and in the prosecutor’s office - they simply settled down. I can’t even assume why they were kidnapped. More than eight months have already passed since March, but there are no news about the sons. ”

“I can confidently say that my son Timur was abducted by the security forces. On March 25, he went to work in the morning. After lunch, he began to call Oksana, his wife. He had to take her from work. But Timur’s phone was disconnected. No one saw his son, nor colleagues. “Two of my sons, Rashid and Arslan, was abducted on May 8. Rashid went to work that day. When he went out after the meeting, two black“ priors ”closed his road. It was eyewitnesses to me. Most likely, he was taken out of town, in the place of black stones. There, as people say, the torture bases of the security forces are located.

Arslan was brought into some house. They began to ask about the attack that was in Makhachkala on May 3 . They demanded from him to admit that he organized him. When he made it clear that he did not admit what he had not done, he had already begun to torture him. They drove the wires under the nails, they tied them at the feet and launched a current along them. We put a bag on their heads, the mouth was sealed with tape, and hit hard. One of those who tried to him said that Rashid was nearby and he was none, and if Arslan did not sign anything, then he would never see his brother. From childhood, Rashid grew up very painfully, and Arslan, knowing that his brother would not stand the torture, said that he would take anything to himself and signed some papers. What kind of papers were, he does not know, he was not allowed to look at them. Then he was tied up, again threw him into the trunk and threw him off the city beach. They told him that if the family does not want problems, then let him be silent.

We could not be silent, because They knew nothing about Rashid. I began to raise a noise, arranged pickets at the prosecutor's office, but everything is to no avail.

And on June 23, my third son, Ruslan, was abducted. Armed people in camouflage, simply grabbed him on the street, tried to slip a gun for him, but the eyewitnesses intervened and repelled my son from them, and he ran away and hid in a high -rise building under construction. But there these kidnappers found him again and took him with them. From a distant relative who works in the Kirov Office of Makhachkala, I found out that my son was brought to the department. My relatives and lawyer Gadzhimurad Izmailov at this department stood all day, but the police and their boss said to us that they did not have Ruslan. The same relative then called and again said that her son was taken to the center to counteract extremism, CPE. And we went there, but again they told us that they have no son. The lawyer found out that Ruslan from the CPE was taken to the IVS. The lawyer's son was allowed. He found him beaten. Some points were visible on Ruslan’s forehead-the wires were tied around his head and a current was launched over them.

The lawyer and I immediately went for the forensic expert, and when we returned, the police officers were taking away the son in the IVS. For two days we were looking for where Ruslana took place. They found out that he was in Makhachkala in the GOVD and wrote a statement about the rejection of the lawyer I hired. When his son was again transferred to the IVS, the lawyer learned from Ruslan that he was tortured and demanded to confess to participation in the attempt on Muslim Dakhaev , the head of the Dagestan UFSIN. They did not let the lawyer let the lawyer let go, and when he came once again with the demand to miss him, he was taken away from him and literally threw it out of the IVS.

Ruslan, as I found out, was transferred to Vladikavkaz in early September. I hired another lawyer at once and tried to find out what was with my son. But I still don't know anything. ”

Regarding Magomed and Abduly Murtuzalievs, the sons of Zoe, and Timur Danilin, the son of Burlia, a source in the Dagestan Ministry of Internal Affairs told Publicpost that they were undergoing a case. As for Rashid and Arslan of the Ismailovs, the sons of Jeanne, the Ministry of Internal Affairs said that they did not have information on their abductions. Regarding Ruslan’s brother, they assured that he was detained with a gun, he was suspected of attempting to Dahaev and participation in the organization of a double terrorist attack in Makhachkala on May 3, and he was taken to Vladikavkaz for a psychological examination.

This year, more than fifty cases of abductions of people have been recorded in Dagestan, says Svetlana Isaeva, the head of the “Mother of Dagestan for Human Rights”, says: “If there were 29 abductions last year, then this year there are more than fifty of such facts. Many stolen are found in the police department. These people are either accused of participating in illegal armed groups or storage of weapons.
