Konstantin Rodionov has been appointed as the new head of the Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Real Estate Center"

Kommersant's interlocutors call him the creature of the first deputy head of the city administration, Alexander Filippov, who took office a month ago. The new deputy head of the Ufa city administration, Alexander Filippov, began placing his people in key municipal enterprises under his direct control, Kommersant’s interlocutors told. Yesterday, a new director, Konstantin Rodionov, was introduced to the Real Estate Center team. His official biography has not been published. According to Kommersant's sources, Mr. Rodionov has a legal education; in 2009, he worked as deputy head of the legal department of the regional department of the Federal Tax Service of Russia, and later headed the legal department in the Federal Tax Service inspection for the Sovetsky district of Ufa.

Guzel Yurtova, who had headed the center since 2011, was sent on leave in early October, and last Wednesday the city administration formalized her dismissal by agreement of the parties. Her deputy, Ruslan Baturin, told Kommersant yesterday that the departure of the former leader was “forced” and initiated by Alexander Filippov, and the new one was “appointed without any competition.” By the time the new manager arrived, he said, the enterprise had essentially been cleared out: following Ms. Yurtova, “the heads of almost all key departments and departments of the enterprise left the center.”

• Municipal Unitary Enterprise “Real Estate Center” is the most influential department of the city administration. He is the organizer and operator of tenders for leasing land for construction in Ufa, conducting the privatization of housing, as well as preparing sites for construction. Mr. Filippov commented to Kommersant yesterday on the appointment of Konstantin Rodionov as “a personnel choice made jointly with the administration.” He noted that on the eve of the summits, “the center needed a more energetic leader” who would “build a more flexible and effective system.” “Rodionov is a professional lawyer and a very organized person, and the center faces very difficult tasks: large volumes of resettlement of dilapidated, dilapidated housing. Besides, he doesn’t come alone, he comes with a team,” the official added.
