Preventive trial for Artem Loskutov
November 21 at 17 o'clock the Central Court of Novosibirsk will consider an appeal against the decision to arrest the artist Artem Loskutov. The ruling was issued by the magistrate on August 28. Loskutov was put on the wanted list in the case of insulting police officers. If the decision comes into force on Wednesday, Loskutov will be sent to the isolation ward.
