According to RIA Novosti, this was announced by the official representative of the Investigative Committee Vladimir Markin. "We are talking about an incident that occurred in 1997 in Angarsk," Markin explained. In a press release from the Investigative Committee, it is reported that on December 4, 1997, Razvoszhaev, together with accomplices, burst into the apartment of a local entrepreneur. They "tied it with tape, and then stole a video camera and 500 fur hats." According to investigators, Razvoszhaev was detained in this case 15 years ago, but then it did not reach the court.
Meanwhile, “not for so long,” a resident of Angarsk complained about the Internet reception of the fact that those who attacked her husband have not yet been convicted. After that, the investigators took up this case again, the TFR report said.
