About the "Coord Council" as a collapse of illusions

...Today I was present as a “bodyguard” and adviser to Andrei Piontkovsky at the next Opposition Constitutional Court, and the impressions were quite sad. As a candidate and sponsor (contributed my hard-earned 10,000 rubles) to this action, I was convinced, of course, that these elections were organized by Volkov according to the behests of the “wizard Churov”: in such a way as to drag Navalny’s followers into the Constitutional Court, and, if possible, members of the Organizing Committee, which is brilliant managed to do it. In the comments of EdRa supporters, which I was able to read after the elections to the Constitutional Court, there were exclamations like “Hurray!” Almost all radical oppositionists who pose a threat to the authorities were not included in the Constitutional Court!

Now we have received not the headquarters of the revolution, capable of formulating an alternative “Putin” agenda for Russia, but (with the exception of 15-18 people) a community consisting mainly of “Sobchak-like” media characters, mainly concerned with how to leak the protest to Uncle Vova at a higher price "alpha Siberian Crane"

Previously, I did not criticize the Constitutional Court, not wanting to be accused of naked criticism: they say, they didn’t choose, now it casts a shadow over the fence. I think we need to see: maybe the Constitutional Court will still be able to become the headquarters of a peaceful anti-criminal revolution, even despite the presence of such unsympathetic characters as Ksyusha Sobchak and Parkhomenko.

But after today’s meeting, I can say unequivocally: nothing worthwhile will come of the current composition of the Constitutional Court, and the real fighters against the criminal regime of the “alpha crane” will get stuck in the compromise swamp.

It all started with a vote on slogans, where from the very beginning the group “Group of Citizens”, which had already practically united with Alexei Navalny, did everything to remove radical slogans from banners at the next march, now scheduled for December 15. As an alternative to the slogans “Down with the power of the security officers” or “Putin resign,” which were heard at all our marches and were not even discussed at the Constitutional Court, “citizens” proposed the slogan “For fair justice.” True, the “Group of Citizens” failed to push through its toothless slogans, but more radical slogans like “Putin resign” were not even discussed; limited themselves to demanding “Freedom for political prisoners”, “We demand re-elections” (which ones, whom?).

Citizen Parkhomenko even had the audacity to say that, according to polls, the majority of those attending rallies are more loyal to the authorities than members of the Constitutional Court; and if you reduce the radicalism of demands at rallies, the number of protesters will increase sharply!!!

This is how it turns out! And why is it that on almost all protest forums on the Internet, the protesters themselves accuse the Constitutional Court of leaking the protest and not fighting the regime?

Well, okay, with the slogans at least something turned out to be more or less digestible; but on the 10th point, namely on the “Manifesto” with the program of the protest movement, proposed by A.A. The Piontkovskys turned out to be a complete ambush. From the very beginning of the Constitutional Court, Alexei Navalny (!!!), Ksyusha Sobchak and her follower Yashin (who had just rested with Ksyusha in Morocco in a hotel room with a personal fountain at a price of $14,000 per night) declared the need to remove the Manifesto from the vote so-called. because he splits the Constitutional Court and creates a Conciliation Commission, which will generate a new program and, they say, we will submit it to the next meeting.

Probably, stylistically, taking into account the fundamentally opposing views of the Citizens Group (the group of Ksyusha and Lesha) and Andrei Piontkovsky’s supporters, the conciliatory option would sound approximately as follows:

"... Dear V.V. Putin, beloved and recognized by all of us as the legitimately elected President of the Russian Federation! We turn to Your Grace with a petition and ask you not to be angry with us, the smerds; introduce by your decree a fair trial and release all our friends captured by your slaves! ..” (Proposed by the Citizens Group).

"...Since you are a usurper of power and a state criminal, elected in elections rigged by you as part of an organized criminal group, we, members of the Constitutional Court of the opposition, urge you to appear at the nearest police station and write a confession, and we guarantee a fair trial for you process..." (Proposed by Piontkovsky's group)

“...And we also wish you and your household, including your beloved dog Connie, long life and re-election for another term for life...” (Proposed by the Citizens Group)

As a result of the voting, the “Group of Citizens” failed (a couple of votes were missing) on ​​the first attempt to remove Piontkovsky’s “Manifesto,” and this item was put up for discussion and voting. But the proposal to accept Andrei Piontkovsky’s version as a basis as a draft program for the Constitutional Court was rejected by a majority of votes: despite the bright speech of the author of the “Manifesto” himself and the literal plea of ​​a member of the Constitutional Court from N. Novgorod to accept this document before the action on December 15, because the regions are really looking forward to it, otherwise the authority of the Constitutional Court in the regions will drop sharply.

And you say “headquarters of the revolution”...

True, in the Constitutional Court, a working group of 7 people was formed by rating voting, 4 of which have reservations, but are supporters of the “Manifesto”.

But having already passed a negative vote for the Manifesto, the fate of this program document will almost certainly be sad. Either, to please the “group of citizens,” all radical demands for a change of power will be removed from it, which will make its adoption meaningless, or it will retain the main provisions of the already rejected “Manifesto” and will be revised endlessly, and the Constitutional Court will sail in the waters of the “Katz regulation” ", without a program of action, that is, without a rudder and sails.

Alexey Navalny also expressed his sharp rejection of the fundamental idea of ​​the “Manifesto”: Andrei Piontkovsky’s idea of ​​​​creating the “Free Russia Forum”.

As Alexey noted: Are the Free Russia Forum the founding fathers of the new Russia? It is we, elected to the Constitutional Court, who are the founding fathers, and not the “Forum” (i.e., not our voters).

Thus, Alexei Navalny categorically rejected the idea of ​​direct democracy and the idea of ​​​​prioritizing the results of direct voting of voters of the Constitutional Court over the voting of the Constitutional Court itself. This best demonstrates his anti-democratic views, which fit perfectly into the “Putin” algorithm of governance: where the bad Tsar Vladimir should be replaced by Tsar Alexei; but he is not going to abolish the position of tsar, as is demanded (by voters of the Constitutional Court - editor's note).

Thus, the Constitutional Court that took place became “historic”: showing its complete complete failure as a potential headquarters of a peaceful anti-criminal revolution and rejected the idea of ​​​​establishing the “Free Russia Forum” by the Constitutional Court, which will now obviously be created by voters outside the Constitutional Court.

The second important result of the Constitutional Court is the formation of a new axis “Sobchak-Navalny-Parhomenko (Lesha + Ksyusha)”, to which Romanova and Chirikova unexpectedly joined on the main issues.

Here it is, the new face of the protest leakers and the self-exposure of the supposedly fiery revolutionary and anti-corruption fighter Alexei Navalny.

I have long come to the conclusion that Alexey Navalny is one of the most successful strategic investments of the owner of Alfa Group, billionaire Friedman; and about Navalny and his protégé “computer genius” Volkov, who organized the so-called. “elections” in the Constitutional Court will be my next publication.
