Deputy Alexander Sidyakin is an ascending star of the State Duma, an interview with which almost every day appears in newspapers. After a performance with a white ribbon on the rostrum of a high meeting, they started talking about him as a new Zhirinovsky

Alexander Sidyakin is non -partisan. But he enters the United Russia faction: he went to the Duma on the list of the All -Russian Popular Front. He is the deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on Housing Policy and Housing.

laws directed against the opposition*. Sidyakin is a deputy from the rapid response group: even before the arrest of Pussy Riot, he introduced a bill to strengthen responsibility for insulting the religious feelings of citizens; A couple of weeks before the May “mass riots” on Bolotnaya-laws de facto canceling the 31st article of the Constitution. In mid -July, from its submission, NGOs were declared foreign agents - the law just, from November 1, began to act. Finally, on the eve of November 4, the State Duma called on his supporters Ivan Susanin from the rostrum, who, according to him, was "the first exposure of foreign agents who sent them for an unauthorized procession to the Kostroma forest." The Kostroma forest, recall, happened either in 1612, or in 1613 - if it happened at all. This performance of the 35-year-old deputy was dismantled for quotes, and the frames of his violent stomping of the white ribbon-the symbol of the protest movement-went around the entire Internet. In short, Glory found a hero.
Sidyakin himself, in an interview with The New Times, called his activity on the legislative field "a flexible reaction to changes in society."
"
By the way, I like Bykov, and lemons. Why not? I do not despise people who are now in the opposition. I respect their creative success. I am normally belonging to people who went to Bolotnaya and Sakharov in December last year
"
Poet
Sidyakin’s office in the new State Duma building is located on the 12th floor: a leather sofa, a closet, a table with a computer that occupies almost half of a narrow room. Nothing personal - no photographs, no books. Outwardly, Sidyakin is more likely similar to a middle-level manager: dressed stylishly-milk-linen, on top-a striped cardigan. On the nightstand nearby is a male leather bag. On the table is an iPhone. Sidyakina can easily be presented in a nightclub in the evening of a weekend. And the truth: he loves, he says, to break into electronic music (Technohaus). Tightened: skiing, mountaineering. When he lived in Bashkiria, skiing near Ufa, in Murmansk, in Kamchatka: "Now I live in Moscow, I go to Austria." To the question of a performance with a white ribbon, he rather asks: "Did you like it?" He told: prepared in advance. The reasons for such emotionality? He answers: “And when they call us a party of crooks and thieves?! When they are personal, they insult me, my colleagues, my party comrades ... I open the Internet, there is a mat on the mat. And when they get the same, they begin to screech: "You insulted us!" Then his face scolded contemptuously. And he smiles, answering the question of whether he writes poetry (the performance with a white ribbon lasted nine minutes and ended with the quatrains): “I am writing quatrains. Sometimes poems are obtained. " As for literary preferences, she loves Marquez, from Russian authors - Bulgakov, Gogol, Dostoevsky: “By the way, I like bulls, and lemons. Why not? I do not despise people who are now in the opposition. I respect their creative success. ” When asked if Bykov will beat when meeting, if he writes not only novels, but also goes to rallies with a white ribbon, replied: “I am normally related to people who went to Bolotnaya and Sakharov in December last year. Maybe I even thought somewhere that they were right. But after winter rallies, political trolling began - sitting in fountains, black glasses. ” What does he agree with the protesters? “In the request for the return of the elections of governors. The fact that they do not want to have only seven parties. The fact that they want new political colors on television. ” And then he clarified: “But this does not mean that I have to agree with everything. I said that "somewhere." And I ask you to write my words, because it will be wrong if you are distorting. ” And the requirement of honest elections - what was one of the main slogans of protest? “The authorities reacted to all these requests. And in the presidential elections, webcams were installed on each site. ”
Universities
Where does the modern 35-year-old man have a craving for Soviet turnover: “instigators”, “fifth column” (from a speech in the State Duma)-it is incomprehensible. Parents: Mother is a nurse, father is a handyman, now retired. They live in Segezh, in Karelia - in the same Segezh, where Mikhail Khodorkovsky is serving its term in correctional colony No. 7. According to Sidyakin, they were not in the ardent communists - they did not enter the CPSU: “Now they are guided by my views. Support Putin. And always supported. "
He graduated from the school in 1994 with the medal. Further - Tver State University, Faculty of Law. The teachers remember him well, but the reviews are dry.
“Active guy,” says Dmitry orzaev from the Department of Criminal Law and Process. “He had a tendency to criminology, criminal law.” “I don’t remember that he was interested in politics,” adds Antonov, head of the department of constitutional law.
Sidyakin himself claims that he was always interested in politics. The attitude towards the “democrats of the early era” was critical: their parents were not paid on time, the second year had to go to work - he was engaged in consulting in Tver firms. Perhaps that is why classmates do not really remember him (and someone just refuses to speak-high, they say, rose, “saw on TV”).
Not so long ago, information appeared on the Internet that in 1996-1997, Sidyakin headed the Tver branch of the now banned NBP - Eduard Limonov also spoke about that. But Sidyakin rejects from the “vicious” connections with the National Bolsheviks: there has never been to the party, Limonov-“inventor”.
Further - work in the Tver Legal Service "Consultant". “The legal adviser was magnificent,” said the company's general director Dmitry Rachmani about him. At the same time, he began to develop ties in Moscow: an expert specialist in the Commission on the electoral legislation of the State Duma. He married in 2001, a child appeared, money was needed-he traveled around the country, offered his services a consultant in the election. He was noted in several high-profile affairs: in 2001, in the election of the head of the Komi, with his participation, he was removed by an independent candidate Rita Chistovov, a local opposition, in 2002 he tried to protest the election of Syktyvkar Sergei Katunin. Katunin is already out of politics, Sidyakin does not remember, and he commented on that long history in the sense that the young lawyer had to gain authority.
In 2003, Sidyakin founded the agency "People's Chosenian". The New Times found his former partners-founders. All in case: Yuri Volkodav is now working in the Federal Antimonopoly Service as the director of one of the departments, Denis Stepanyuk, who began the lawyer (now his status is canceled), in 2011 was noted in the list of authorized representatives of United Russia in the CEC. The first one refused to talk about Sidyakin, it was not possible to contact the second. The “chosen ones” mainly advised election candidates, but after the abolition of direct elections of governors in 2004, the business began to fade (according to SPARK, the last financial statements dated 2005). To the question of how he reacted to this decision of Putin, Sidyakin answers with a long preface, gently choosing the words: “No matter how conjuncturally I looked ... Theoretically at this situation in 2004 ... Now I understand that those people who, among other things consulted, were seriously dependent on the capital of the local princes, gangstones.” And - put a bold point: "Now, as a politician, I understand that it was terrible!"
Politician
The political career of Sidyakin began in Bashkiria. In the fall of 2003, he worked as a lawyer in the presidential election - Murtazi Rakhimov. But the main thing in his life happened in 2006, when in parallel with the jurisdiction of arbitration affairs he began to teach at the Department of State Law of the Bashkir State University: then he, according to the sources of The New Times, met the current deputy head of the internal policy of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation Radius Khabirov (Sidyakin himself claims that his acquaintance happened later). Khabirov for a long time was the deputy dealer of the law faculty of the same university, and then headed the Rakhimov administration: in Ufa he is still called "Bashkir Surkov."
According to political scientist Mikhail Tula, when in 2006 Vladislav Surkov decided to unite a party of pensioners with just Russia, Khabirov was instructed to find a new leader for the regional branch of this structure, and he recommended Sidyakin, who was then 28 years old. Sidyakin himself explains the obvious conjuncture of his entrance to politics without a shadow of embarrassment: “I, as an ambitious person, naturally wanted to be the first. And I was the first in the regional branch of the Party of Pensioners. Then I became the first in Fair Russia. And this did not contradict my beliefs, because Putin then openly supported her. ” Nevertheless, the leader of the Socialist -Revolutionaries Sergei Mironov (before whom he, when he was his Ufa politician, “went on chicks”, eyewitnesses say) he now criticizes harshly.
In Bashkiria, Sidyakin was especially remembered as the organizer of various noisy actions: in the local press he is still called a “fighter with night butterflies” - for the action against street prostitution
"
The former colleague of Sidyakin in the Bashkir branch of the Party of Pensioners Albert Khusainov told The New Times that everyone in the party knew: the appointment was authorized from Moscow. He did not even hide his connection with Khabirov - he directly said that he was going to consult him.
And then Sidyakin is not at all embarrassed: “Khabirov in his position was engaged in work with political parties. And when the formation of “Fair Russia” began and Putin publicly supported this project, Khabirov invited parties to himself. But this does not mean that I went to consult him. ”
Officers-one-party people speak well of him: polite, neat, always in a suit, did not drink. He was cautious: “As soon as we said that we need to make a political statement, give his assessment to some actions of the authorities,” says Khusainov, “he went into the shadow.”
In Bashkiria, Sidyakin was especially remembered as the organizer of various noisy actions: in the local press he is still called a “fighter with night butterflies” - for an action against street prostitution. True, there are people in Ufa who are not inclined to smile about him. “He has terrible ambition, he spoke with people down,” said The New Times, on the basis of anonymity, an employee of the local instrument -planning plant, at which Sidyakin arranged rallies against the dismissal of workers. “He then impressed me oppressive.” It turns out that already in Ufa Sidyakin was prone to theatrical effects - at one of the rallies he invited people to rivet the handcuffs in the passing plant. “And how he performed! The same expression on the face, as when he stomped a white ribbon. This is a person who very subtly feels the conjuncture. Then his help was needed, and the leadership of the republic was needed: 800 people had to be expelled, and all this load fell into the administration. ”
At the call of the heart
In the 2007 elections, Sidyakin did not go to the State Duma (he followed the lists of “Fair Russia”). Khabirov at that time just began the conflict with Murtaza Rakhimov. In 2009, Khabirov took an office in the presidential administration, in the same year, our hero said goodbye to “fair Russia” and returned to Moscow-he got a job in the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia. “The authorities of the FNPR need as a supplier of cheap human material for all sorts of marches and rallies there. Sidyakin just headed the Department of Collective Actions, which is engaged in organizations of “All -Russian actions,” says Andrei Demidov, chairman of the Teacher’s Interregional Trade Union. The sources of The New Times in the Federation of Trade Unions by the appointment of Sidyakin were also very surprised - he was not seen in the field of the trade union movement, but then the head of the department was immediately. Sidyakin himself to the question of how he ended up in the FNPR, answered briefly: "At the call of the heart."
In May 2011, the FNPR became a collective member of the All -Russian Popular Front of Vladimir Putin, and already in the fall, Alexander Sidyakin was nominated to the deputies on the list of United Russia from the Republic ... No, not Bashkiria - Tatarstan. Sources in the Presidential Administration claim that he also owes this to Radia Khabirov. Sidyakin, of course, denies this. Khabirov himself, at The New Times, answered the assistant: "There is no time - very busy."
The interlocutors of The New Times in the State Duma in the independence of actions and initiatives Sidyakin do not believe. Even colleagues in the United Russia faction speak about him with some neglect (“he was in good luck - such an adherent of Putin”) and celebrate the qualities of an tenacious careerist in Sidyakin. And by the way, they explain why the deputy is in no hurry to join the United Russia, whose leader is now Prime Minister Medvedev: “What will happen to EP next. And in the Putin front, prospects may open. ” By the way, Alexander Sidyakin, by the way, three weeks ago was appointed the ONF coordinator in the Volga and Ural districts. As we know, he knows how to predict events - “flexible reaction”.
From the interview: "Do you say that you do not always agree with Putin's decisions?" Sidyakin: “I didn’t say that. And I do not want to say that the president is wrong in something. And who am I to discuss it? "
