The first scandal with her participation happened in 2002. The Accounts Chamber, which checked the head of the Rosagrolysing OJSC, established that the cost of agricultural machinery purchased for the needs of the agricultural sector increased by 38.9 percent compared to the manufacturer's vacation price. In 2008, the Prosecutor General’s Office became interested in the activities of Rosagrolysing. She opened the scheme of scrolling budget funds through Rosagrolysing and their output to offshore.

"A striking, but with such a dubious track record and a thick train, suspicions of corruption and assignment of budgetary funds, Skrynnik continued his career growth, heading the Ministry of Agriculture in the government of Vladimir Putin," the newspaper writes. The post of minister Skrynnik has been held from March 2009 to May 2012.

Currently, Skrynnik is called for interrogation in the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Central Federal District. There is an investigation of budget funds allocated to the agricultural sector of the Lipetsk region.
