Civil activist Pavel Shekhtman was arrested for 15 days under the administrative article "Little Hooliganism" and sentenced to a fine of 25 thousand rubles for a disagreed rally. As Shekhtman himself said by phone from the court section, he was found guilty that he was obscene in a public place. On the eve of the Yakimanka police department, where Shekhtman was delivered after being detained against torture, he scolded a member of the public observation commission Anton Tsvetkov. Shekhtman called him "a substituted fucker." Tsvetkov heads the organization "Officers of Russia" and is considered a representative of the security forces in the PMC.

Shekhtman's verdict was issued by the justice of the judicial section No. 100 in the Yakimanka district Gleb Sibirev, who considered the administrative cases of the detainees on May 6 in Bolotnaya Square. Sibirev demanded that the activists who came to support Shechtman leave the hall. They found the requirement illegal, since there was no court ruling to hold a closed hearing. Shekhtman entered the corridor with his comrades, as a result, the meeting was held in the absence of the defendant. Before the sentence, the activist said that, having given a characteristic of Tsvetkov, he acted in the interests of society.

Shekhtman was sent to a special -reception on Simferopol Boulevard. In connection with the arrest, he will not be able to take part in the court hearing on December 6 at the suit of the employee of the Center for "E" Alexei Obnoy. Shechtman will petition for the transfer of hearing.

On Monday evening, a promotion of solidarity with the rebellious prisoners of the colony in Kopeysk was held at the buildings of the Ministry of Justice and the FSIN on Zhitniy. Activists stood in single pickets and read stories about bullying in Russian prisons and colonies. 16 participants in the action were detained. All, except for Shekhtman, were released after drawing up protocols under Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
