Who is crazy?

Member of the demonstration on May 6 on Bolotnaya Mikhail Kosenko, 37 years old, is accused under Part 2 of Art. 212 (mass riots) and part 2 of article 318 (the use of violence that is dangerous to life or health in relation to the representative of the authorities) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. According to the investigation, he struck his feet to the riot police officer, while other participants tore the ammunition from that. It is under arrest from June 8, 2012. In his case, 365 witnesses, 55 victims, including 3 legal entities. It is not in political parties.

All under a carbon copy, like other accused "swamps". For one difference: Kosenko is a disabled person of the 2nd group. It is impossible to plant it (although he sits). But you can put in a psychiatric hospital.

Misha has always been a "boy with features." It's okay - a typical city -made “botanist”, and even “with ideas”: honesty, nobility, reliability in relations with people. So says his sister. After school, the family rackled his head how to protect him from the army. But he refused, decisively went to serve. The medical board recognized him suitable and called for protecting the country. What was happening in the border units near Vyborg is unknown to us, but it is not difficult to guess. Several serious diseases in a row, hospitalization and a year later - commission. Already with a psychiatric diagnosis.

It became more difficult to communicate and trust people. He began to get tired faster. This prevented him from going to study further. But I read a lot - philosophy, history. "I did not take such books in my hands what he read!" - Smiles sister. He tried to work as a janitor and every way. But there was not enough for a long time, he soon left. Yes, even after the army, he periodically turned to the neuropsychiatric dispensary, took light medicines. Finally, he himself decided that he should not suffer from the notorious "socialization", and began to independently formalize disability. In 2001, the only time he lay in the hospital - at the examination. I was diagnosed with "sluggish schizophrenia of the neurotic type".

After? He lived at home, with his sister's family, received a wheelchair. I would like to write "long and happily." Probably not quite. But judging by how easily and calmly, Ksenia speaks of a life together with Mikhail, they lived normally: "He is completely independent, he takes care of himself, goes to the store, does his deeds, reads." In any case, there is no question of any special conflicts and even more so aggression on his part. And the doctors of the PND, for 12 years in a row (!) Regularly observing Michael, did not note either a deterioration in his condition, nor any of his danger to people. Well, what is the aggression? The diagnosis, on the contrary, suggests lethargy, apathy. I repeat: 12 years the same antidepressants and the easiest tranquilizers! Probably, Mikhail still achieved some harmony in his existence ...

In December last year, he went to the first rally on Bolotnaya. Inspired. I went on May 6. He was detained (among other 650 people), released. Then he was again detained and brought a criminal case. Perhaps, of course, the notorious 200 investigators manually watched all tons of a video shot by dozens of operatives on Bolotnaya. But I have a stable feeling that everything was wrong. Too quickly, after the investigation of the tiny video of the "faces", almost everything whose faces can be identified on the video were arrested. Some more shooting of television channels appear in business, but not enough. I think they are just fantastically lazy - they took what went into their hands.

A month and a half, Mikhail sits in a cell without any medicines that he maintained himself even at home. He tries to "not fall into madness", is engaged in auto -training. Then - an examination in the SNC to them. Serbian, who replaced the diagnosis of Mikhail to a much more severe ("paranoid schizophrenia") and recognized him as dangerous for society. An experienced expert, the president of the independent psychiatric association of Russia, finds continuous contradictions in the official examination. But from the entire correspondence dispute of psychiatrists, two points made a special impression on me.

Experts "from Serbian" substantiate the aggressiveness of Mikhail ... with the testimony of the OMON fighter! And the illogicality of his thinking is found in the words "went to the rally to express political beliefs" that "power exists by itself", but "a person is not protected." Indeed, what kind of nonsense?! Forced treatment? When and how will he come out of such "doctors"?! An independent expert writes: "Patients of this kind do not cunning, do not even know how to cunning ... His answers are straightforwardly simple -minded."

A 37-year-old person who has learned to live with his illness. Courageously endure the prison. Despite the innate asociality, it is looking for meaning in public life, looking for contacts with this very society. For which he is supposedly dangerous. Or do "society" now understand only by the police? Indeed, in Bolotnaya there were no complaints from the strip of people of the form from the strip of people.

Watching a bunch of videos, I have repeatedly seen in the crowd of Mikhail Kosenko. He walks, stands. Looks. A person with an unstable psyche in a completely stressful situation shows an enviable ability to control himself and remain calm. And if, as a result of what he saw in the swamp and six months of prison, his condition worsened, then who is dangerous for whom? Kosenko - for people or for him - the same "police society", which created him such "favorable conditions"?

The state has once received with him as with consumables - then, in the army. He survived. Now they are playing a political game in the game. “I thought that I could be necessary for people there,” Mikhail answers the sister to the question why he did not leave with Bolotnaya then. “I'll be back,” Michael writes to his mother. And he writes to others: "I am grateful to everyone. I know that many people are worse than me. Thank you and all for the support of us, the dome of your protection above us." And I believe: he will return!

PS Well, what if the investigators are right? To clean the conscience, let's see what evidence of his "danger" gives the investigation. Highways of the video border vehicles that appears in the case:

Where are the "blows with your foot, dangerous to health"? Where, finally, the real evidence of the danger of Mikhail - albeit not for the whole society, albeit only for police officers? But such evidence ...
