The Novgorod Arbitration Court made a decision on the claim of TPK "Pure Angel", whose leader several years ago was forced to give up his property, against Progress LLC. He decided to recover 33 million rubles from the raiders in favor of the victim, the portal “Your News” reports.
In 2004, Novgorod businessman Viktor Lavrenov was threatened (he was taken out of the city and placed near a dug hole) to give up part of his property. He was forced to flee to Germany, from where he was later expelled and placed under arrest on charges of a number of crimes.
In 2007, the head of Progress LLC, Mikhail Kazakbaev, and his accomplices were arrested. They were accused, among other things, of taking away a number of objects from Pure Angel - the Lakomka and Troika stores.
In August 2011, Kazakbaev and his accomplices were sentenced to long prison terms. The court decided to return the seized property to the previous owner.
In arbitration, "Pure Angel" sought compensation for the estimated income that he lost by losing these properties.
The Novgorod Arbitration Court decided to recover 33 million 140 thousand rubles from Progress LLC in favor of TPK Chisty Angel, including estimated income, interest for the use of other people's funds, as well as legal costs for the examination.
