Navalny wrote about Katz . Almost a poem and almost an epic.
How Katz was stupid at first. He came to Navalny and said that he respects Navalny’s anti-corruption activities, but believes that “the fight against swindlers and thieves” is nonsense and politicking. And dreams of petunias and beautiful copper plaques.
And the wise Navalny “told him that the main reason why there are and will not be petunias and copper plates is United Russia and Putin.”
But the naive Katz didn’t believe it then. And then he became, although small, a deputy and wiser. Not to the level of Navalny, of course, but a certain “flagellation of political journalism” appeared in him. And he decided to publish a newspaper for his Shchukin in order to inform and agitate the population in the spirit of this very “flagellation of political journalism.” And he collects money to increase its circulation.
So, Navalny made a public proposal to Katz that he, Navalny, would give money for the newspaper in the total amount of 15,250 (fifteen thousand two hundred and fifty) rubles. Provided that Katz typed in this newspaper in a font no less than indicated that “United Russia is the party of Crooks and Thieves,” he will note that a particular bad official is in power because she is “covered up by Putin,” and will mention Medvedev with the epithet “ pathetic."
Conditions are great! I was still waiting for the point about Katz hopping on one leg to the nearest toilet and back, but Navalny still didn’t have enough imagination.
I also don’t have a lot of imagination, but still I’ll risk making a public proposal, only to Navalny himself.
I allocate ten times more money than Navalny for whatever Navalny indicates. If Navalny typed in at least some letters somewhere, I, unlike him, will not bargain about the size of these letters that “the fight against swindlers and thieves” is nonsense and, unfortunately, bad, ineffective politicking.
Because, yes, indeed, the main reason why in Russia “there are not and will not be petunias and copper plates is “United Russia” and Putin.” But the only way to get rid of these misfortunes with the impossibility of their regeneration in the future is not the fight against “swindlers and thieves,” but some concrete steps towards creating mechanisms in the country for automatic and inevitable turnover of power.
And along this path, Navalny or any other oppositionist who has at least some opportunities not only does not take even a tiny step. But they categorically do not even give themselves a chance to hear about it and understand it.
For this reason, Katz, if he really heard, perceived and understood something, has a chance to evolve. But with Navalny, I’m afraid there’s complete hopelessness. Deaf man.
