But then the MosoLdom canceled the conviction and went to a new consideration in the same Mozhaisky City Court. Which eventually radically reviewed his first verdict and fully acquitted the Zorin brothers. This decision intended to challenge the ARANSON in a higher instance.

As for Igor Aranon, he not only engaged in legislative activities, but also was a teacher - he led the boxing section as a coach.

On May 10, 2012, Igor ARANSON was sentenced to year conventionally under Article 112 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (intentional causing harm to health health). Its sanction provides for a five -year imprisonment. A little earlier, a fine of 25 thousand rubles was also sentenced by Igor Aranson's son.

However, a member of the party did not come to terms with the defeat in court. He not only appealed his verdict, but also filed a counter -lawsuit against the Zorin brothers even earlier, considering himself a victim of beating. As a result, the victims and the offender changed places, and the Russian femid, represented by the judge of the Mozhaisk City Court Martynov, sided with the boxer-deputy.

The decision of Judge Martynov caused a lot of suspicion among lawyers and human rights activists. Some of them even suggested that the servant of Themisa received a bribe before making the “desired” verdict. To do this, he allegedly postponed the final meeting twice, waiting for the "fee".

In mid-May, the court abolished the acquittal in the appeal and sentenced Anton Zorin to 10 thousand rubles of a fine, and his 25-year-old brother Andrei by three months of correctional labor. “The court decided that there was a mutual fight, and not the defense from the Zorin - Aranzon was injured and he suffered,” said Gurevich’s lawyer.

At the end of May, the defense of Zorin appealed the verdict to the Moscow Regional Council, who canceled the conviction to the Zorin brothers and sent the case for a new consideration.

In the end, ARANSON was convicted of a year of imprisonment on article 112 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (intentional causing harm to health health). It is also known that he is excluded from the United Russia party.
